Splendid Victory of Pakistan Security Forces

According to one of the leading Indian news paper “Times of India” report of August 13,2009 Asma Jahangir, the Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) while delivering a lecture to the students on “Democracy and Human Rights in Pakistan:
A dead-end” at Agha Khan university said that Pakistan Army is running foreign policy of the country and media cell is working to improve the image of spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and advising young journalists “what to write and what not to write”. Earlier on August 19, 2009, “Telegraph Weekly” revealed that Asma Jahangir, accused armed forces for extra-judicial killings in Swat valley. She also alleged that more than 100 bodies have been found dumped in the streets of towns and villages in Swat since July 13. She also tried to instigate Balochistan people while claiming that Balochistan was given 14 seats against the 14 percent population of the country while FATA having 2.5 of the country’s total population was given 12 seats. She further said “Recently there has been some development work in Balochistan, but it has not been carried out according to the wishes of the people of Balochistan, and the only set of people benefiting from the work are the Pakistan Army,”
Asma Jahangir started criticizing Pakistan Security Forces when they are meeting with splendid success after sacrificing their officers, junior commissioned officers and brave soldiers during war against militancy. Asma has forgotten the occurrences when Taliban use to hang the bodies of innocent people, slaughtering and beheading, lashing of women and murdering of Benazir Bhutto. She has also elapsed the killing of 69 Pakistani in blasting of Samjota express by Col Prohit in India. Asma botched to raise voice against Taliban and Hindu brutality in Pakistan and Kashmir. Should nation excuse her for such lapses since at that time she was committed for shaking hand in yellow dress with Moodi and Bal Tahckery who has also been involved in assassination of innocent Muslims in India?
Jahangir meeting Bal Tahckery, an Indian terrorist who called on Indians to form ‘Hindu suicide squads’ to target his own countrymen who happen to be Muslims.
There is a perception in the masses that most of the Human rights organizations are being funded or sponsored by anti Pakistan countries. Thus, pleasing the donor’s countries for money making on the cost of national interests has to be plaid by the government. The funds of such type organization should be audited by the concerned government agencies. In short, Asma type personalities always displayed negative role and tried to create instability just to delight their foreign masters and earning loathsome popularity.
Her purpose of targeting/blaming Pakistan Security Forces for extra judicious killing in FATA and Swat Areas would be taken as defaming sensitive and vital organs of the country on some foreign directives. It is also interesting to note here that her statements against Pakistani Security Forces have been given extraordinary coverage by Hindustan Times, The Telegraph and Indian Times. Issuing of such types of statements followed by wide coverage by Indian and western media should be an eye opener for the patriotic opinion makers. Asma Jshangir, Aaamjr Mir and people like Pervaiz A. Hoodbhoy are continuously criticizing nuclear programme and Pakistan Security Forces government policies in relation to war against terror are really agitating most of the minds whether said personalities are Pakistani or Indian. There is a need to condemn such type of characters and organizations which are working against the national interests. Probably people working on foreign agenda are not digesting the splendid victory of Pakistan Security forces, and ISI. Moreover they also not like to see instability in the country and peace in FATA and Swat.
She has touched Balochistan issue exactly in Second week of August 2009 when anti Pakistan elements were going to announce liberation of Balochistan province. Is she deliberately raised the issue or just a coincident? The question left for the leader judgment to answer.
As per news reports, Pakistan’s Human Rights Commission Chairperson, Asma Jahangir during her one of the visit to India also committed in a sidelines functions that the perpetrators of the Mumbai attacks came from Pakistan soil. On the other hand, it is yet to be established that whether Ajmal Kassab is a Pakistani or otherwise.
It may be mentioned here Pakistan Security forces and ISI defeated foreign sponsored war on terror in FATA and Swat which was appreciated by the nation too. RAW, CIA, RAAM and Mossad from 2005 onwards tried their best to destablize Pakistan .Weapons like Kalashnikovs, MI-4 American rifles, Israeli sniper rifles, 12.7mm, 14.5mm and 107mm guns, mortars, pistols, RPG-7s, grenades, explosives, equipment like, remote control sets, jamming devices, sophisticated telephone and wireless sets, bullet proof and suicide jackets, kits, and currency of different countries have been provided to the militants. Terrorist have been sent to Pakistan through Indian training camps located at Afghanistan.
Almost four divisions of force have been involved in elimination of militancy in FATA and Swat area. Pakistan Army also managed to take care of her eastern border too. The forces came all out to undertake Operation Rah-e-Rast and her soldiers set the gallant examples while clearing Swat, Dir, Buner, Kanjoo, Shangla and other areas. General Kayani and his team has displayed excellent professional capabilities, ISI unveiled the foreign agenda and fully supported security forces in eradication of terrorists. In this connection over 1000 troops including officers and men have laid down their lives. 2.8 million Individuals of Swat and surrounding area became IDPs. Asma Jahangir probably closed her eyes and is unwilling to see the families of brave soldiers who scarified their today for ours tomorrow. Can she bring these soldiers’ lives back who laid their lives for the country? Can she go in front of bullets for few thousand only? Can she restores those disables individuals who have been deprived from legs, arms and other body parts as result of explosions and mines laid by the militants and terrorists? Can she complete irreparable losses caused to the lives of innocent civilian as a result of suicidal bombing and terrorist activities. In this regard I would like to request her to stop playing in the hands of foreign donors and discontinue with defaming Pakistan vital organs. By doing so, she is only serving our adversaries. She should condemn the brutality of militants and help her security forces in elimination of militancy of the area. She must realize herself that why her statement against Pakistan Army and ISI is being given widely coverage on world media. She should protect the rights of innocent people of Pakistan those have become the victim of terrorism rather defending terrorists’ rights.
Concluding I just say Pakistan Security forces are determined to eliminate the militancy from Pak land. They would be successful with the help of brave nation and locals of the effected area. Pakistani soldier would keep on writing new chapters of sacrifice and heroism with their blood. Nation is satisfied over the recent actions of forces in which militants like Baitullaha Mehsud, Fazlullah, Muslim Khan, Shah Doran and Mulvi Umar have been killed, seriously injured and arrested. aHuge quantity of arms and ammunition have been seized, tunnels and hideouts have been destroyed. Large number of terrorists are being killed or arrested almost on daily basis. Most of the militants are surrendering themselves before the forces to save their lives and promised to lead a peaceful life. The IDPs have are returning to their home town. Now government should take steps to rehabilitate IDPs and unemployed locals be adjusted in public sectors. Particular attention be given to the development of FATA, Swat and Balochistan. At the same time national media policy should be announced and irresponsible statements of so called leaders be taken care for guarding national interests.

Exposed – The Swine Flu Hoax

The alarm has been sounded. Politicians, pharmaceutical executives and media conglomerates would have us believe that a 1918-style pandemic is a real threat. The 1918 pandemic, however, evolved out of conditions unique to World War I, for four specific reasons.
Why 2009 is Not 1918
First, World War I was characterized by millions of troops living in waterlogged trenches along the Western Front. This war zone became fertile ground for an opportunistic virus, as medical literature reveals:
“…a landscape that was contaminated with respiratory irritants such as chlorine and phosgene, and characterized by stress and overcrowding, the partial starvation in civilians, and the opportunity for rapid ‘passage’ of influenza in young soldiers would have provided the opportunity for multiple but small mutational charges throughout the viral genome.” (1)
Second, the war witnessed the growth of industrial-scale military camps and embarkation ports, such as Etaples in France, enabling the flu virus to enter into another phase of accelerated mutation. On any given day, Etaples was a makeshift city of 100,000 troops from around the British Empire and its former dominions. These soldiers concentrated into unsanitary barracks, tents and mess halls.
Today, many cities and nations have dense concentrations of people; none of these, however, are geographically isolated under the conditions of trench warfare and World War I-style deployments. Of course, there are smaller, sub-populations of people in prisons (prone to multi-drug resistant tuberculosis), in military barracks (prone to respiratory pathogens and meningococcal infections) and on cruise ships (prone to the Norovisus) – all proof of the connection between human confinement on the one hand and infectious disease on the other.
Third, after the war, ships such as the USS Alaskan became floating Petri dishes. Thousands of soldiers were packed like sardines for the long voyage home, allowing the virus to reverberate within hermetically-sealed units.
Fourth, returning troops were stuffed into boxcars for the train trip back to military bases, where they infected new recruits. Later, it was documented that Army regiments whose barracks allowed only 45 square feet per soldier had a flu incidence up to ten times that of regiments afforded 78 square feet per man. (2)
The 1918 flu virus became pandemic because, during World War I, the normal host-pathogen relationship was abandoned when millions of young men crowded into geographical confinement. In World War I, a flu virus was presented with a seemingly limitless number of hosts – almost all young, male, and with compromised immune systems. Unconstrained and unchecked by the usual habits of human behavior, the virus went rogue.
Flu viruses are smart, but they are not suicidal: if the host becomes extinct the virus will become extinct too. The evolutionary strategy, from the virus’s perspective, is to stay one step ahead of the immune systems of both humans and animals – but not two steps ahead. The flu virus aims to infect and reproduce without killing a critical mass of the hosts, of the herd, so the virus’s virulence is ameliorated after it becomes fatal for people on the margins of the host population – the weak and the elderly. World War I disrupted this synchronized, co-evolutionary relationship between flu viruses and human populations.
No flu since 1918 has been strong enough to produce, in millions of people, a “cytokine storm,” which is an immunological over-reaction leading to pulmonary edema (the lungs filling with fluid) – the curse of those with the strongest immune systems, normally between 20 and 40 years of age.
In normal flu pandemics, even in severe ones, the flu virus kills a portion of the weak and elderly. This appears to be the case in 1837 for Germany and in 1890 for Russia in 1890, though reliable medical evidence is scarce. It was certainly true for the Asian flu of 1957 and the Hong Kong flu of 1968, neither of which were significantly fatal for young adults. The flu 1976-1977 has been exposed as a boondoggle, a fraud, with far more people dying of the vaccine than from the flu itself.
Indeed, 1918 was an aberration. Since then, no flu has scythed away so many people: some 500,000 Americans and anywhere between 25 – 50 million people worldwide in three waves: first in March, then in August (the deadliest wave), and in then again in November of 1918, lasting into the spring of 1919.
The origins of the 1918 pandemic can be traced back to the trenches of the Western Front in 1915, 1916, and 1917 – to the world’s first large-scale industrial and international war. There was no other cause: If WWI had not been fought, it is inconceivable that the 1918 flu pandemic would have been so severe. Today, in 2009, absent the conditions of WWI, it is preposterous for political and medical authorities to claim that the swine flu is a menace to society.
The Mysterious Origins of the H1N1 “Swine Flu” Virus
If the current H1N1 swine flu virus does become abnormally lethal, there would be three leading explanations: first, that the virus was accidentally released, or escaped, from a laboratory; second, that a disgruntled lab employee unleashed the virus (as happened, according to the official version of events, with the 2001 anthrax attack); or third, that a group, corporation or government agency intentionally released the virus in the interests of profit and power.
Each of the three scenarios represents a plausible explanation should the swine virus become lethal. After all, the 1918 flu virus was dead and buried – until, that is, scientists unearthed a lead coffin to obtain a biopsy of the corpse it contained. Later, researchers similarly disturbed an Inuit woman buried under permafrost. (3)
The US Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, with a scientist from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, then began to reconstruct the 1918 Spanish flu. Had Iran or North Korea engaged in Frankenstein experiments (complete with ransacking graves) to reverse engineer the 1918 virus the US and the UK would have gone ballistic at the UN Security Council.
Interestingly, numerous doctors and scientists suspect that the swine flu virus was cultured in a laboratory. A mainstream Australian virologist, Adrian Gibbs – who was one of the first to analyze the genetic properties of the 2009 swine flu – believes that scientists accidentally created the H1N1 virus while producing vaccines. And Dr. John Carlo, Dallas Co. Medical Director, “This strain of swine influenza that’s been cultured in a laboratory is something that’s not been seen anywhere actually in the United States and the world, so this is actually a new strain of influenza that’s been identified.”(4) Because of this, the 2009 swine flu virus – which has yet to be detected in any animals – has a rather suspicious pedigree.
The Propaganda Campaign
Across the mainstream media, reports announce one swine flu death after another (even though ordinary flu kills about 35,000 Americans each year). Upon closer scrutiny of what passes for journalism, the victims have “underlying health problems,” or “a common underlying health condition,” or “significant medical conditions.”
One news headline even blared: “Swine flu mother dies after giving birth, leaving her premature baby fighting for life,” and only later, buried deep in the story underneath, did it explain that she had “other medical problems” which included being confined to a wheelchair because of a serious car accident.
Citizens the world over are increasingly skeptical of hyped headlines followed by smaller-print caveats. They are uneasy with the effort to create “doublethink” – a term coined by George Orwell in 1984 and a reference to holding two contradictory ideas in one’s mind simultaneously, paralyzing critical thought.
The media has never been in the habit of reporting the cases of people who, for no known reason, die of the flu. Out of the 35,000 Americans who die each year from flu-related illnesses, some are bound to be relatively young and healthy. It happens. This year, however, their stories are front-page news.
More recently, news reports now claim that the H1N1 swine flu can affect people in the lungs and lead to pneumonia. This, however, is what separates the flu from the common cold in the first place; and this is why tens of thousands of elderly people die of flu-related symptoms each year. Fox News even claimed that “this one morphs and mutates and comes back in different ways…,” (like all flu viruses). In short, the media now uses the flu’s own ordinary symptoms to fuel fear.
Fortunately, a growing wave of online media challenges the propaganda. Back in 1976, there were no rival voices, and the Center for Disease Control’s manipulative television commercials dominated the airwaves. Fortunately, as a testament to official shamelessness, these videos are now archived and searchable on the Internet under the title of “1976 Swine Flu Propaganda.”
Now, like then, the US government’s pandemic policy alternates between the ridiculous and the repugnant. The government’s flu website is revealing. First, the historical section on the 1918 virus is intellectually dishonest, making absolutely no link between the unique conditions of World War I and the flu pandemic; instead, the site propagates the erroneous notion that this virus came out of the blue. (5)
Second, the site announces an absurd American Idol-style video contest: “Create a Video About Preventing or Dealing With the Flu & Be Eligible to Win $2500 Cash!” (Congress has earmarked 8 billion dollars for swine flu prevention and can only offer $ 2,500 to the proles – or, rather, to the one prole who, rising above mediocrity, best parrots the Party Line.)
And third, the site encourages the use of Twitter to “stay informed…” There is something mildly disturbing about the US federal government promoting Twitter as a form of resistance to foreign authoritarianism, while, simultaneously, using social networking to further federalize and protect the abuse of power at home.
1976 + 1984 = 2009
In sum, it appears that the 2009 swine flu pandemic will not be 1918. It might be a 1976-style hoax, however, serving profit and power – with a bit of Orwell’s 1984 thrown in for good measure.

Indian Missiles Embarassment Continues

The 250 km ‘Prithvi’ is the only fully tested, functional, and ready deployed nuclear-capable missile that India has in its arsenal.
Pakistan’s 2,500 km ‘Ghauri’ on the other hand is able to reach all major Indian cities, with Ghauri III (3,500) and Tipu (4,500) nearing testing stage.

Operation Blue Tulsi

For the last thirty years, I am watching a revolver packed in a brown leather cover, hanging silently along a wall of the wooden closet, in my father’s room. It is German made, very delicate and highly sophisticated and certainly still virgin. My father never used it; in fact he even does not know how to use a revolver. So many times I ask him the reason of keeping that revolver when he is totally unaware of its usage, he always says, “It is a new world; here a man without ‘arms’ stands nowhere. Arms keep your enemies at a length. It makes no difference if you don’t know how to use a gun but you should have one to display.”

The nuclear program of Pakistan, though meant only for a peaceful purpose, has successfully succeeded in keeping the enemy at an arm’s length. For the last many years, the so-called international peace makers are harping on the same string that Pakistan’s nuclear assets are likely to fall in the hands of terrorists. They are planning and dreaming of depriving Pakistan of its hard-earned nuclear program but yet they have not succeeded. A few days back a report was issued on internet by an unknown group of researchers Xiavia Team, exposing the ins and outs of an international plan to destabilize Pakistan. The plan named, Operation Blue Tulsi. According to the report, three well-wishers of Pakistan; India, Israel and the CIA had to spend a lot of time in chalking out this Operation Blue Tulsi. The researchers have concluded their report with the statement, “Operation Blue Tulsi consisted of 15 Years in Planning, 10 Years in Preparation and Today in Execution.”

According to the details it was March 1995 when New Delhi airport welcomed Israel’s Air Force chief and some of the key Mossad officials. The sole purpose of this visit was to discuss in detail Pakistan’s nuclear program with the Raw high ups and the other Indian official authorities. In connection to this meeting a year later Indian nuclear and missile program head, Abdul Kalam had a top secret visit of Israel in June 1996 accompanied by Alok Tiwari a manager from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) –but very strangely this Alok Tiwari remained missing from every top secret meeting . Later on the government of India announced in an official statement that the meetings between Abdul Kalam and his Israeli counterparts were related to purchase of UAVs. Just a few days later, after coming back to India Tiwari accompanied Air Chief Marshal S. K. Sareen to Israel in July 1996. In fact this was his third trip. He had also visited Israel in April 1996 along with India’s first Defence Attaché to Israel. In February 1997, Indian Defence Secretary T. K. Banerji led a high level defence delegation to Israel to discuss the exchange of technology between the two countries. Other than the official purpose the most important topic was Pakistan’s nuclear program.

By the end of the visit the two countries had decided to do their utmost to neutralize the threat regarding the nuclear program of Pakistan. Towards the end of 2000 a delegation of top Mossad brass visited India and the combined operation titled: Operation Blue Tulsi was finalized and put into operation which had only one aim: Destroy Pakistan’s nuclear assets followed by its Balkanization. In July 2001 Janes Information Group reported that RAW and Mossad are cooperating to infiltrate Pakistan to target important religious and military personalities, journalists, judges, lawyers and bureaucrats. In addition, bombs would be exploded in trains, railway stations, bridges, bus stations, cinemas, hotels and mosques of rival Islamic sects to incite sectarianism. On the other hand, the Balochistan Liberation Army rose out of oblivion like a second incarnation and Balach Marri a Moscow graduate announced himself the leader of BLA. It all happened just in flickering of an eye that numerous training camps germinated in Balochistan with each camp reported to be training up to a 100 militants. However the security and intelligence agencies of Pakistan concentrated all their attention to stop the activities of RAW, Mossad and CIA agents in guise of Baloch militants. The confrontation between the security agencies of Pakistan and the Raw agents kept on increasing resulting in the disturbance of the whole social fiber in Balochistan.

Some of the international new agencies reported In the mid of 2001 that Special Operations Division of Mossad, also known as Metsada, specializing in assassinations and sabotage was based in India to train RAW operatives and Mossad .a number of teams in Indian Held Kashmir and were also operating a delicate spy network from Indian soil. In July 2001 RAW increased its budget for Indian consulates in Afghanistan by nearly 10 times. In January 2002 under orders from L. K. Advani RAW and other intelligence agencies submitted a detailed report on military options for solving Kashmir issue. This report emphasized that the only solution to the Kashmir issue is the neutralization of Pakistan’s nuclear assets. One major outcome of the report was creation of Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) in March 2002 with the authority to conduct external operations supported by a huge budget. 1st January 2005 was the starting date for the next phase of Operation Blue Tulsi. The local agents got the signal and the operation started with the ominous rape of a female doctor in Sui on 2nd January 2005. As expected the incident created headlines all round and culprits not being found created a much supported backlash. This was shortly followed by rocketing of gas installation at Sui on 7th January which put a hole in Pakistan’s gas supply for nearly a week. Meanwhile in Balochistan the government operation intensified against Nawab Akbar Bugti who took shelter in the rugged mountain range and coordinated the activities of his militants from there. Ultimately the military found him and during the process of negotiations Akbar Bugti died because of cave-roof collapse on 26 August 2006. During the course of time the US authorities had agreed with India that if ever Pakistan seemed to destabilize or falling into the hands of extremists, it would help India in destroying Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities. In December 2007 Baitullah Mehsud announced the formation of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan and with that announcement the agents of Raw and Mossad in Swat Valley and FATA who had been preparing for the day for the last eight years launched an all out assault on the military with a single aim of destabilizing Pakistan.

Now it is the mid of August 2009.The Raw, Mossad and the CIA have tried their best to destabilize Pakistan as decided in the Operation Blue Tulsi but in Pakistan the scenario is not the same as they had desired. The army has successfully crushed most of the culprits in Fata and Swat. The Internally Displaced people are going back to their homes. The government is stable and the Pakistan Army has succeeded in winning the hearts of people. And above all the nuclear assets of Pakistan are more safe and sound than ever. It seems that the Raw, the Mossad and the CIA had been fishing in the dessert.

The real founder of Pakistan

Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan’s founder and the pantomime villain of India’s partition, appears to be more revered in the ‘old country’ than in the one which calls him ‘Quaid-i-Azam [Great Leader].’
A new biography by India’s former foreign minister Jaswant Singh has sought to restore his reputation in the Hindu-majority state by blaming India’s first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru for the split and praising Jinnah as a secular federalist.
Its publication has divided Singh’s Hindu nationalist BJP and he has been expelled by the party for his ‘heresy.’ But it is Pakistan, rather than India, which needs reminding of what Jinnah stood for.
According to Mr Singh, Nehru was the villain of the piece - by undermining proposals for a more federal India, which set out devolved government for the Muslim majority areas now part of Pakistan and Bangladesh, he paved the road to partition on which more than a million people died.
Had Nehru not been so centralist in his outlook, Jinnah would have stayed within a confederal India, and Pakistan, the source of so many terrorist plots around the world today, might never have drawn breath.
The scheme which Jinnah supported as late as 1946 envisaged an India comprised of three groups: One, including the provinces of Pakistan together with a united Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, a united Bengal and Assam as another, and the remainder of Hindu-majority India as the third and largest. Each of the blocks would have powers over all internal matters, with defence and foreign affairs reserved for the centre.
Had it been accepted, the Kashmir dispute which remains one of the greatest sources of instability in the world, would not alarm us today, and the Pakistani Army which has undermined democracy and fuelled the rise of Islamic militancy would be a mere bad dream.
When the deal was undermined by Nehru’s manoeuvring, Jinnah carved out his Pakistan, and laid out a vision which would be a model for the Islamic world’s autocratic and dictatorial governments today.
In his speech to Pakistan’s first Constituent Assembly, Jinnah told his new compatriots: “You are free; you are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to your mosques or to any other places of worship in this state of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or cast or creed, that has nothing to do with the business of the State.”
My late friend, the Parsi National Assemblyman Minoo Bhandara, sought to amend Pakistan’s constitution to include this commitment to a democratic, secular state, but failed. Instead, and in defiance of Jinnah’s wishes, Pakistan’s 1973 Constitution, states: “Islam shall be the state religion of Pakistan.”
Today, this rejection of Jinnah gives comfort and cause to those who torch Christian churches, attack Ahmadi and Shia Muslims and ‘tax’ Hindus and Sikh merchants who chose Pakistan at partition.
The veteran Parsi commentator Ardeshir Cowasjee told me in Karachi last week of his campaign to overturn a scheme to require all prospective buyers in new housing developments to state their religion and even their sect within Islam. He said it was part of a plot to screen out all those not considered ‘true believers.’
It wasn’t what Jinnah had in mind, but then a prophet is rarely recognised in his own land.

Operation Blue Tulsi

آپریشن بلیو تلسی جس کی منصوبہ بندی میں پندرہ سال اور تیاری میں دس سال کا عرصہ لگا اس وقت شروع ہوچکا ہے۔ جولائی 2001ء میں جینز انفارمیشن گروپ نے رپورٹ فراہم کی کہ ''را'' اور ''موساد'' پاکستان میں اہم مذہبی اور فوجی شخصیات، جرنلسٹ، ججوں، وکلاء اور بیورو کریٹس کو خریدنے اور نشانہ بنانے کے لئے مل جل کر کام کررہی ہیں۔ اسرائیلی ائرفورس کے چیف نے مارچ 1995ء میں بھارت کا دورہ کیا اور اس کے وفد میں ''موساد'' کے اعلیٰ افسران بھی شامل تھے۔ اس دورے کے دوران ایک میٹنگ میں پاکستان کا ایٹمی پروگرام بطور خاص زیر بحث آیا۔ اگلے سال جون 1996ء میں بھارتی ایٹمی اور میزائل پروگرام کے ہیڈ ''عبدالکلام'' کی قیادت میں ایک وفد خفیہ دورے پر اسرائیل گیا۔ اگرچہ یہ دورہ خفیہ تھا لیکن اس کی اتنی تشہیر کی گئی کہ دورے سے قبل ہی سب کو اس کے بارے میں معلوم ہوگیا۔ خفیہ دورے کی تشہیر اور انتہائی اعلیٰ افسران کے وفد میں موجود ہونے کے باعث دورہ کامیاب رہا اور سب نے دورے کے مقاصد میں کامیابی کی طرف توجہ مبذول کئے رکھی چونکہ سبھی کا دھیان اس خفیہ دورے کے مقاصد پر تھا اس لئے ڈیفنس ریسرچ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ آرگنائزیشن کے منیجر 'دالوک تیواڑی'' کی جانب کسی کا دھیان ہی نہیں گیا جو وفد کا ایک اہم رکن تھا لیکن کسی بھی ٹاپ سیکرٹ میٹنگ میں موجود نہیں تھا چونکہ سبھی کی نظریں عبدالکلام کے خفیہ دورے پر لگی تھیں اس لئے الوک تیواڑی کی گمشدگی کو محسوس نہ کیا گیا۔ بھارت واپسی کے محض چند روز بعد ہی جولائی 1996ء میں تیواڑی ایک بار پھر بھارتی ائر چیف مارشل ایس کے سرین کے ہمراہ اسرائیل روانہ ہوگیا۔ درحقیقت یہ تیواڑی کا اسرائیل کا تیسرا دورہ تھا۔ اس سے قبل وہ اپریل 1996ء میں بھارت کے پہلے ڈیفنس اتاشی کے ہمراہ اسرائیل جاچکا تھا۔

بھارتی حکومت نے ایٹمی دھماکے کرنے کا فیصلہ اس لئے کیا تھا کہ پاکستان اگر ایٹمی قوت کا مالک بن چکا ہے تو وہ جوابی دھماکہ کرکے اپنی ایٹمی قوت کا ثبوت فراہم کرے لیکن جب بھارتی ایٹمی دھماکوں کے دو ہفتے بعد تک پاکستان کی جانب سے ایسا کوئی ردعمل سامنے نہ آیا تو پاکستان کی ایٹمی صلاحیت کے بارے میں شکوک و شبہات بڑھنے لگے اور بھارت نے سوچا کہ پاکستان کے پاس ایٹمی صلاحیت موجود تو نہیں ہے لیکن جلد ہی وہ اسے حاصل کرلے گا۔ اس لئے بھارت نے پاکستان کی ایٹمی تنصیبات کو اسرائیل کے ساتھ مل کر تباہ کرنے کی تیاری جونہی مکمل کی تو بلی تھیلے سے باہر آ گئی۔

بھارتی چیف آف آرمی سٹاف کے دورہ اسرائیل سے جو مارچ 1998ء میں کیا گیا تھا بھارت اور اسرائیل کی مشترکہ کوشش کے پیچھے موجود اصل حقائق تو کسی حد تک غیر واضح ہیں لیکن ان کوششوں نے پاکستان کو واضح طور پر ایٹمی طاقت ثابت کردیا۔ پاکستان کے ایٹمی تجربات پوری دنیا کے لئے ایک بجلی کا جھٹکا ثابت ہوئے۔ شروع میں تو بہت سے لوگوں کو یہ یقین ہی نہیں آرہا تھا کہ پاکستان کے پاس ایٹمی طاقت ہے اور وہ اسے ظاہر بھی کرسکتا ہے۔ پاکستان کی ایٹمی قوت کو تباہ کرنے میں سب سے دلچسپی لینے والے ممالک بھارت اور اسرائیل کے لئے یہ ایک ایسا جھٹکا تھا جس نے ان کی تمام کوششوں پر پانی پھیر دیا۔ ایک سال بعد بھارت کا نیشنل سیکیورٹی ایڈوائزر برجیش میشرا ستمبر 1999ء میں احد باراک سے ملنے اسرائیل پہنچا تو ایک جانا پہچانا چہرہ بھی اس کے ساتھ تھا یعنی الوک تیواڑی۔ اگلے ایک برس کے دوران الوک تیواڑی اور ایک دوسرے سیکیورٹی ایڈوائزر نے مل جل کر اپنی تحقیقات پر مبنی ایک ڈاکومنٹ تیار کرلیا۔ جون 2000ء میں ایل کے ایڈوانی نے اسرائیل کا دورہ کیا جس میں موساد اور شابھک نے ''را'' کے ساتھ مل کر تخریبی تعاون کے معاملات طے کئے جن کے نتیجے میں اسرائیل کو اپنی کارروائیوں کے لئے بھارت کی سرزمین استعمال کرنے کی اجازت مل گئی۔ ایل کے ایڈوانی نے پاکستان کے نیو کلیئر پروگرام کا مسئلہ بھی اٹھایا اور دونوں ممالک کے درمیان پاکستان کی ایٹمی تنصیبات پر مشترکہ حملے کے بارے میں بھی بات چیت کی۔ دورے کے دوران الوک تیواڑی کی رپورٹ بھی زیر بحث آئی۔ جولائی 2000ء میں بھاری تعداد میں اسرائیلی ایجنٹوں نے مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں اپنا ٹھکانہ بنا لیا۔ ایسی رپورٹیں سامنے آئیں جن میں 2000ء کے اواخر تک اسرائیل ٹاپ ایجنٹوں کے بھارت کے کئی دوروں اور ان کے دوران دیگر معاملات کے علاوہ پاکستان کے ایٹمی اثاثوں اور کشمیر جیسے مسائل پر آپس میں بات چیت کی گئی۔ ان میٹنگز کے دوران الوک تیواڑی کی تیار کردہ رپورٹ ایجنڈے کا اہم حصہ تھی جسے اسرائیل نے چند ضروری تبدیلیوں کے بعد قبول کرلیا تھا۔ سال کے آخری دورے کے دوران دونوں ممالک کے جاسوسی ادارے ایک موٹی فائل میں موجود ایک اہم منصوبے پر متفق ہوگئے جس کے باہر ''آپریشن بلیو تلسی'' لکھا ہوا تھا۔ اس فائل کے اندر کیا لکھا تھا یہ تو معلوم نہیں لیکن 2001ء کے اوائل میں ہونے والے واقعات سے فائل کے اندر موجود تحریر کا اندازہ ہوگیا۔

آپریشن میگا بلیو تلسی کی تیاریوں کا آغاز 2001ء میں شروع کردیا گیا تھا۔ 2001ء کے وسط تک ''را'' اور ''موساد'' کے باہمی تعاون پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا جانے لگا اور جولائی 2001ء میں جین انفارمیشن گروپ نے اپنی رپورٹ میں کہا کہ ''را'' اور ''موساد'' مل جل کر پاکستان میں حالات کو خراب کرنے پر تلے ہوئے ہیں اور مذہبی رہنمائ، صحافی، فوجی افسران، وکیل اور بیورو کریٹس کو ٹارگٹ کیا جارہا ہے۔ مزید یہ کہ ریلوے سٹیشنوں، بس اسٹینڈ، سینمائوں، ہوٹلوں اور مختلف فرقوں کی مساجد میں بم دھماکوں کی منصوبہ بندی کی جاچکی ہے تاکہ فرقہ واریت کی آگ بھڑکائی جاسکے۔ اسی اثناء میں بلوچستان لبریشن آرمی (بی ایل اے ) کے مردہ ڈھانچے میں پھر سے جان پڑ گئی اور بلاج مری جو کہ ماسکو سے تعلیم یافتہ تھا اس نے خود کو بی ایل اے کا لیڈر قرار دے ڈالا۔ چند ہفتوں کے دوران ہی پورے بلوچستان میں کئی ٹریننگ کیمپ قائم ہوگئے اور ہر کیمپ میں سو افراد کی تربیت کا انتظام موجود تھا۔ افغانستان میں موجود ''را، موساد اور سی آئی اے'' کے ایجنٹ بلوچستان پہنچنا شروع ہوگئے۔ 2001ء کے وسط میں حاصل شدہ رپورٹوں میں کہا گیا تھا کہ موساد کی سپیشل آپریشنز ڈویژن جسے Metsada کے نام سے بھی جانا جاتا ہے اور جو قتل و خون اور سبوتاژ کی ماہر سمجھی جاتی ہے۔ ''را'' کے ایجنٹوں کو تربیت فراہم کررہی ہے اور بھارتی مقبوضہ کشمیر میں ''را'' اور ''موساد'' مل کر آپریشنز کررہی ہیں۔ جولائی 2001ء میں ''را'' نے افغانستان میں موجود بھارتی قونصلیٹس کے لئے اپنے بجٹ میں دس گنا اضافہ کردیا۔ 2004ء کے وسط تک حکومت کے پاس مکمل ثبوت موجود تھے کہ بی ایل اے اور چند بلوچ رہنماء حکومت کے خلاف سازش کررہے تھے اور انہیں بیرونی حمایت حاصل تھی۔ 13 اگست 2004ء کو بلوچستان کے اس وقت کے وزیر اعلیٰ جام محمد یوسف نے بیان دیا کیا کہ ''را'' نے بلوچستان کے طول و عرض میں 40 دہشت گردی کی تربیت کے کیمپ قائم کررکھے ہیں۔ اس وقت جب اندرون خانہ یہ سازش ہورہی تھی تو ہر طرف دہشت گردوں کے ساتھ ''پُرامن مذاکرات'' کی بات کی جارہی تھی۔ جان محمد جمالی جیسے لوگ اس وقت میڈیا کی جانب سے مذاق کا نشانہ بنانے جارہے تھے کیونکہ جان محمد جمالی نے یہ کہنے کی جرأت کی تھی کہ غیر ملکی ایجنٹ بلوچستان میں کارروائیوں میں مصروف ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے پاکستانی میڈیا نے اس بات کو خاص اہمیت نہیں دی۔ بہرحال کچھ بھی ہوتا بہت دیر ہوچکی تھی۔ آپریشن بلیو تلسی کی تیاریاں مکمل ہوچکی تھیں اور حکومت پاکستان نے انہونی کو روکنے کے تمام مواقع ضائع کردیئے تھے۔ یکم جنوری 2005ء کو آپریشن بلو تلسی کا آغاز ہوا۔ مقامی ایجنٹوں نے اشارہ ملتے ہی آپریشن کا آغاز کردیا اور 2 جنوری 2005ء کو سوئی میں ایک خاتون ڈاکٹر کو اجتماعی درندگی کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ جیسا کہ توقع تھی واقعہ شہ سرخیوں میں اخباروں کی زینت بنا اور ہمیشہ کی طرح ملزمان گرفتار نہ ہوسکے۔ اس کے بعد سات جنوری 2005ء کو سوئی میں گیس سپلائی لائن پر سینکڑوں چھوٹے راکٹ فائر کئے گئے اور پورے ملک کو گیس کی فراہمی ایک ہفتہ تک معطل رہی۔ 2005ء دہشت گردوں کے حوالے سے ایک مصروف سال ثابت ہوا جو پاکستانی بلوچ شہریوں میں بے چینی پھیلاتا رہا اور اس کا اختتام مشرف پر قاتلانہ حملے سے ہوا۔ دسمبر 2005ء میں پرویز مشرف راکٹ حملے میں بال بال بچا اور پھر فرنٹیئر کور کے انسپکٹر جنرل پر بھی قاتلانہ حملہ ہوا۔ بھارتی وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان نیوتیج سرنا نے یہ بیان دیکر پاکستان کے معاملات میں کھلی مداخلت کی اور اپنا خبث باطن بھی ظاہر کردیا کہ '' بھارت کی حکومت کو بلوچستان میں ہونے والے تشدد اور فوجی آپریشن پر تشویش ہے جس میں حکومت پاکستان نے گن شپ ہیلی کاپٹر اور لڑاکا جیٹ استعمال کئے۔ ہمیں امید ہے کہ حکومت پاکستان صورتحال کی نزاکت کو سمجھتے ہوئے پُرامن مذاکرات کی راہ اپنائے گی تاکہ بلوچستان کے عوام کے دکھوں کا مداوا ہوسکے''۔ ان دو قاتلانہ حملوں میں ناکامی کے بعد حکومت بھارت کو اندازہ ہو گیا تھا کہ پاکستانی فوج کا یقینی نشانہ بھارت کے بلوچستان میں موجود اثاثے و تنصیبات یعنی (دہشت گردوں کے تربیتی کیمپ) ہونگے جو کہ اس اپنے مقصد کے حصول تک محفوظ رکھنا تھے۔

جسونت سنگھ کا سچ

جسونت سنگھ بہادر انسان ہیں جنہوں نے قائداعظم ، گاندھی اور نہرو کی سیاست کے حوالے سے جو کچھ صحیح سمجھا اسے لکھ دیا ہے ۔ جسونت سنگھ سے پہلے کے ایل کے ایڈوانی نے صدر مشرف کے زمانے میں پاکستان کا دورہ کیا تھا اور قائداعظم کو فرقہ واریت کے کردار جیسا کہ انتہا پسند ہندو بتاتے رہتے ہیں کہ بجائے لبرل اور سیکولر اور برصغیر کا قابل احترام سیاستدان کہہ دیا تھا۔ مگر اگلے دن بھارت میں ایڈوانی کے خلاف انکی اپنی پارٹی بی جے پی میں آگ بھڑک اٹھی تھی جبکہ یہی ایڈوانی تھے جنہوں نے بابری مسجد کے انہدام میں انتہا پسند ہندوئوں کا قائدانہ کردار دا کیا تھا تو وہ انکی آنکھوں کا تارا تھے مگر جو نہی انکے منہ سے قائداعظم کے حوالے سے سچ نکلا تو وہ فورا بی جے پی میں نفرت اور مخالفت سے دوچار ہو گئے تھے۔ یہ واقعہ بھارت کے ہندوئوں کے مزاج، سوچ اور ترجیحات کو سمجھنے میں کافی معاون رہا ہے۔ مگر جسونت سنگھ نے کتاب لکھ کر اپنے ضمیر کی بات جس طرح کہہ دی تو بی جے پی نے اسے تیس سالہ سیاسی رفاقت کا حیاء کیئے بغیر پارٹی سے نکال دیا ہے۔ 22 اگست کو جسونت سنگھ نے کہا ہے کہ انہوں نے ایڈوانی اور پارٹی کے وفاداروں کے لئے جھوٹ تک بول دیا تھا۔ تازہ اختلاف آر ایس ایس پر پابندی کے تذکرے کے حوالے سے سامنے آیا ہے کہ سردار پٹیل نے نہرو کے دبائو پر آر ایس ایس پر پابندی لگائی تھی مگر بعد میں اسکی انتہا پسندی کے ثبوت نہیں ملے تھے یہ موقف ایڈوانی کا ہے اور ان کا کہنا ہے کہ سردار پٹیل کا رتبہ جسونت نے کم کیا جو کہ برداشت نہیںہو سکتا۔ اس کا جواب جسونت سنگھ نے دیا ہے کہ قندھار میں بھارتی طیارے کے اغواء کے بعد 160 مسافروں کی رہائی کے بدلے تین دہشت گردوں کو اس وقت کے وزیر داخلہ ایڈوانی کے ساتھ کابل لے جانے کے بارے میں سب کچھ معلوم تھا لیکن جب انہوں نے یعنی ایڈوانی نے انتخابی مہم کے دوران جھوٹ بولا کہ وہ اس سے لاعلم تھے تو میں نے یعنی جسونت سنگھ نے ان کے جھوٹ کی تائید کی تھی۔ اور میرا جھوٹ بولنا اور ایڈوانی کا دفاع کرنا پارٹی سے '' وفاداری تھی۔ یعنی جسونت سنگھ کی وفاداری، جھوٹ اور دہشت گردوں کے معاملے سے نپٹنا ۔ یہ سب کچھ بھارت کی سیاست کے سیاہ و سفید کو سمجھنے میں کافی مدد گار ہے۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ممبئی کے واقعات کی آڑ میں جو کچھ بھارت کی طرف سے کچھ عرصہ سے کیا گیا ہے اس میں بھی بہت کچھ جھوٹ موجود ہو گا۔ جسونت سنگھ کا ہم شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے لبرل پاکستانیوں کی راہنمائی کی ہے جو دن رات اٹھتے بیٹھتے بھارت کی عظمت اور جمہوریت کے نغمے اور ترانے گایا کرتے ہیں اور پاکستان کی تخلیق کو غلط قدم بتایا کرتے ہیں۔ اور پاکستان کے ایٹمی ہتھیاروں کے خلاف بولتے رہتے ہیں۔
ان میں ایک لندن میں مقیم الطاف حسین بھی ہیں جو ماضی میں قائداعظم کے تشکیل پاکستان جیسے عظیم کام کو غلط ثابت کرتے رہے ہیں۔ جسونت سنگھ کی کتاب کے آجانے کے بعد الطاف حسین کے لئے اور ان جیسے دوسرے لبرل اور سیکولر لوگوں کے لئے ممکن نہیں رہے گا کہ وہ پاکستان کی تشکیل کے خلاف زبان کھول سکیں۔ لہٰذا جسونت سنگھ کا بہت بہت شکریہ۔ جسونت سنگھ سے جو کچھ انکی اپنی پارٹی بی جے پی نے کیا اور ایڈوانی ان کے ساتھ جو کچھ کر رہے ہیں اسکی روشنی میں پتہ چلتا ہے کہ برصغیر کی جو تقسیم ہوئی تھی وہ دوسرے ادیان کے لوگوں سے ہندوئوں کی مستقل نفرت اور معاشرتی اونچ نیچ کا نتیجہ تھا۔ ہندو مذہب اور معاشرہ اونچ نیچ کے معاملات ذات پات کی تفریق اور عام انسانوں کی تذلیل اور کچھ انسانوں کا ارفع و اعلیٰ ایسی باتیں ہیں جو مستقل طورپر عدم استحکام کی علامتیں ہیں۔ ایسا معاشرہ اور ملک تو ہمیشہ ہی غیر مستحکم رہے گا دائمی طور پر بٹا ہوا اور تقسیم شدہ معاشرہ اور ملک بھی تقسیم شدہ ہو گا۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ اس وقت بھارت میں درجن بھر سے زیادہ علیحدگی کی اصلی تحریکیں موجود ہیں جن میں مائو تحریک اور نکسل تحریک تو سرفہرست ہیں۔ ہندو الگ اپنی شناخت رکھتے ہیں اور اعلیٰ ذات کے ہندوئوں کے مظالم کے خلاف معاشرتی سطح پرمتحرک رہے ہیں۔ کیا پاکستان میں بھی ایسا ہے ؟ ہرگز نہیں بھارت میں علیحدگی کی تحریکیں اتنی طاقتور ہیں کہ چند ہفتے پہلے چینی تجزیہ نگاروں نے بھارت کے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرنے کے لئے علیحدگی پسندوں کی مدد کرنے کا خیال پیش کیا تھا۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ افغانستان سے میانمیر تک انڈین فیڈریشن کے توسیع پسندانہ عزائم کو ناکام بنانا ہو گا بھارت جنوبی سمندر میں تیل و گیس کے مالا مال جزیرے ٹن شا پر بھی قبضہ کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ چینی تجزیہ نگاروں نے تجویز پیش کی ہے کہ آسامی، تامل ، کشمیری اور دیگر علیحدگی پسندوں کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کیا جائے جبکہ چینی تجزیہ نگار ژان لوئی کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر بھارت میں مظلوم قومیتوں کے ضمیر کو بیدار کیا جائے تو جنوبی ایشیاء میں ذات پات کا نظام ختم اور سماجی اصلاحات کا ہدف حاصل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ دفاعی تجزیہ نگاروں نے مشورہ دیا ہے کہ بھارت کو 20 سے 30 خود مختار ریاستوں میں تقسیم کرنے کے چین کو پاکستان، نیپال، بھوٹان، کشمیری راہنما اور یوناٹیڈ لبریشن فرنٹ، آسام، تامل، ناگاز اور بنگلہ دیش کو اعتماد میں لینا چاہیے ۔ قابل ذکر بات یہ ہے کہ بھارت میں جتنی بھی فطری علیحدگی کی تحریکیں ہیں وہ باہر سے فنڈڈ نہیں ہیں بلکہ وہ بھارت کے اندر کی متحرک اور فعال تحریکیں ہیں جبکہ بھارت دوسرے ممالک کے اندرو ن معاملات میں مداخلت کرتا رہتا ہے۔ گوا پر قبضہ اور سکم کو ضم کرنا بھارت کے اسی منفی کردار کا نام ہے۔ 70 میں مشرقی پاکستان میں بھارت نے مداخلت کی اور 71 میں اسے اپنی فوجی یلغار نے بنگلہ دیش بنا کر پاکستان کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کیا تھا مگر بنگلہ دیش کے ساتھ آج بھی بھارت کے پانی اور سرحدی امور پر تنازعات موجود ہیں۔ کیونکہ بنگلہ دیش ہندو کی بجائے مسلمان ریاست بن گیا ہے۔ تبت چین کا حصہ ہے ، مگر دلائی لامہ کی مدد کی آڑ میں ہمیشہ بھارت نے چین کے خلاف محاذ آرائی کی ہے۔ اولمپکس کھیلوں کو چین میں ناکام بنانے کے لئے بھارتی لابیاں متحرک رہی تھیں اور بھارتی سیاست دان کھل کر کہہ رہے تھے کہ بھارت کو تبت کے عوام کی بھرپور مدد کرنی چاہیے اور چین کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرنے کا آخری وار کر دینا چاہیے ، جیسا کہ پاکستان کو دولخت کرنے میں کیا گیا تھا۔ پاکستان میں طالبان کو فاٹا اور سوات میں بھارتی مدد اور اسلحہ میسر تھا جبکہ بلوچستان میں بھارتی مداخلت اور ریاست کے باغیوں کی افغانستان میں قیام اور انکی بھرپور مالی و اسلحہ کی مدد ایسے ہی معاملات ہیں جو چین کے تبت کو الگ کرنے لئے بھارتی سیاستدان کہتے رہے ہیں۔ ارونا چل پردیش چین کا تبتی علاقہ ہے جس پر بھارت کا قبضہ ہے جبکہ کشمیر اور پاکستان کا اٹوٹ انگ رشتہ ہے لیکن بھارت نے پاکستان کی طرف سے چین کو 5 ہزار کلو میٹر ملے ہوئے جائز علاقے کو تسلیم کرنے سے انکار کیا ہوا ہے اور کشمیر میں چینی مدد سے تعمیر ہونے والے پراجیکٹس کو کشمیر کے دفاعی امور میں چینی مداخلت کا نام دے رکھا ہے۔ گویا بھارت کا ہر جگہ ایسا موقف ہوتا ہے جو غیر فطری ، غیر اصولی ، اور غیر حقیقت پسندانہ کہا جائے گا۔ یاد رہے کہ قائداعظم نے پاکستان بھارت سے لڑائی جھگڑے کے لئے نہیں بلکہ کینیڈا اور امریکہ کی طرح پرامن بقائے باہمی کے لئے بنایا تھا مگر جسونت سنگھ سے جو کچھ بی جے پی کر چکی ہے وہی کچھ تاریخی طورپر مسلسل بھارت پاکستان سے کر رہا ہے اور اپنے دیگر پڑوسیوں سے بھی یہ کچھ منفی انداز میں مسلسل کر رہا ہے۔ بھارت اگر پرامن ملک ہوتا تو بھلا وہ افغانستان میں بیٹھ کر پاکستان دشمنی میں کیوں مصروف ہے؟ حالانکہ افغانستان کی تو کوئی سرحد بھارت سے ملتی ہی نہیں ہے مگر پاکستان دشمنی سے جو اسے افغانستان میں امریکی خوشنودی سے لے گئی ہے۔

In June 2009, India started military operation against insurgents in Lalgarh tribal region of West Bengal. In eastern regions, Naxalites have established their writ running large in hundreds of villages. India has problems within and also with its neighbouring countries ie China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal etc.
Since its leadership tries to destabilize other countries of the region by supporting insurgencies to extend its hegemony, other countries may also retaliate to the detriment of the so-called largest democracy of the world.
There is perception that India could implode and disintegrate because it is more vulnerable to separatist movements and insurgencies in 14 out of 29 Indian states. Pakistan is also facing extremism and terrorism, and unfortunately India is supporting insurgents in Balochistan and terrorists in FATA through its consulates in Afghanistan. Anyhow Pakistan has successfully demolished infrastructure and network of terrorists in Swat and Malakand Division. President Barack Obama’s envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan recently lauded successful military operation in Swat and Malakand Division, which seemed to have prompted Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to declare that he had credible information about Pakistani militants groups’ planning for fresh attacks in India. Pakistan has taken exception to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s remarks, and Foreign Office has rightly demanded of Indian prime minister that if he had any such information, he should pass it on to Pakistan, which was agreed upon between both the prime ministers at Sharm al-Sheikh. Secondly, Indian PM perhaps tried to vent out his anger because India was against the original plan of Richard Holbrooke’s visit to India when he was in Pakistan on 15th August on a four-day visit. NDTV carried the report that “India’s foreign office has told Holbrooke in very polite diplomatic terms that he cannot walk in and out of India at will. Holbrooke, senior Indian officials said, had a habit of unilaterally deciding when he wanted to come to India and then demanding to see his top foreign policy interlocutors”.
A Chinese think tank and strategist suggested in an article that China should break up the Indian Union adding that China with a little help of other countries could break up the Indian Union into 20 to 30 nation-states like Europe. This article of 8th August was reproduced in several other strategic and military websites in China. The original article did not mention the name of the author and there was no disclaimer either. The website itself- iiss.cn is the new incarnation of the original website of Chinese International Institute of Strategic studies – chinaiss.org based in Beijing having semi official relations with the authorities. However, on 11th August an insertion was made and the source of the article was cited – XinLang Bo ke. It was suggested that China in its own interest should join forces with different nationalities like the Assamese, Tamils, and Kashmiris and support the latter in establishing independent nation-States of their own, out of India.
Website Rediff news carried excerpts of an article captioned ‘If China takes a little action, the so-called Great Indian Federation can be broken up’ in which the author says that the ULFA (United Liberation Front of Asom) in Assam can be helped by China so that Assam realises its national independence. The author was of the view that for Bangladesh, the biggest threat is from India, which has designs for a great Indian Federation extending from Afghanistan to Myanmar. India is also targeting China with support to Vietnam’s efforts to occupy Nansha (Spratly) group of islands in South China Sea; hence the need for China’s consolidation of its alliance with Bangladesh. The Chinese think tank suggested that China could give political support to Bangladesh enabling the latter to encourage ethnic Bengalis in India to get rid of Indian control and unite with Bangladesh as one Bengali nation. It would be desirable, for the purpose of weakening India’s expansion and threat aimed at forming a ‘unified South Asia’.
Earlier in April 2009, New Delhi had taken exception to an article on a quasi-official Chinese website, which claimed that the great Indian federation was ripe for dismemberment if Beijing tried just a little. Posted on April 8 on the website iiss.cn (International Institute for Strategic Studies), the article had detailed a roadmap for breaking up India. “To split India, China can bring into its fold countries like Pakistan, Nepal and Bhutan, support ULFA in attaining its goal for Assam’s independence, back aspirations of Indian nationalities like Tamils and Nagas, encourage Bangladesh to give a push to the independence of West Bengal and lastly recover the 90,000 sq km territory in southern Tibet,” the write-up said. Historical evidence suggested that India as a nation never really existed in history. It was held together by decadent Hinduism which encouraged caste system and exploitation. India is trying to keep the country united through brute force, and diverting the people’s attention from internal contradictions towards Pakistan. According to report in People’s Daily, an authorised official view, made it clear on August 11 that Arunachal Pradesh was a part of Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), and is disputed territory, but occupied by India.
The report emphatically said that the Chinese foreign ministry had made it quite clear that the Chinese government and the people never accepted the “illegal” McMahon line drawn by the British imperialists. This was followed up by another article in the People’s Daily of August 13 (English website edition) not only on the border issue but also with respect to India’s strategic behaviour. Written by the newspaper’s eminent strategic expert Li Hongmei, the charges on the border revert after some years to attacking Jawaharlal Nehru and his alleged imperialist and expansionist policy as the cause for the 1962 war. Nehru is accused of provoking the war with backing of imperialists ie the British and the USA.
Of course India wants to put Pakistan on the defensive so that it does not highlight the Kashmir issue. There is credible evidence that India has not only been training Baitullah Mehsud’s thugs but also providing them funds to launch terrorist attacks against sensitive targets in Pakistan. According to Janes Information Group, RAW and Mossad are cooperating to infiltrate Pakistan to target important religious and military personalities, journalists, judges, lawyers and bureaucrats.
India is supporting Baloch insurgency, and according to Talal Bugti, the RAW is training almost three hundred Balochis in its camps in Afghanistan. A number of weapons manufactured in India have been captured on the information provided by the terrorist arrested in Lahore who confessed to be working for RAW in smuggling Pakistani weapons to India, which can be shown to the world after stage-managing a terrorist attack and then implicate Pakistan. But this dangerous game should end and India should resolve all the disputes with its neighbours with a view to securing permanent peace in the region. Mohammad Jamil

Pak Air Force starts drone production

Pak Air Force has formally started the production of pilotless drone planes in collaboration with an Italian company, a news channel reported Thursday.
According to details issued by the PAF, the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra has commenced producing the pilotless planes Falco UAV in collaboration with Selex Galileo of Italy. Aeronautical Complex chief Air Marshal Farhat Hussain said pilotless Falco UAV highly important for the country’s defence, adding the production of the planes will greatly add to the professional capabilities of PAF.


Farhat said Pakistan is now a member of the club of countries manufacturing drone planes. The system will be used mainly for aerial reconnaissance and information gathering, although the PAF will later also induct UAVs equipped with weapon systems to carry out offensive
