India: Power or Downfall

One of the major causes that led to the First World War was Emperor William’s ambitions for the German Empire to be a world power. He believed in an uncompromising policy of ‘power or downfall’ which ultimately resulted in the ‘downfall’ of the empire. Similarly, it is the misfortune of South Asia that India has been trying to endanger the region’s peace by aspiring to become a ‘world power’, or at least a ‘regional power’ in wake of modern world trends like renunciation of war, peaceful settlement of disputes and economic development.
Over the years, India has not only been developing its conventional and nuclear arsenals, but is also obtaining latest weapons from the US, Russia and Israel in violation of the Non Proliferation Treaty In this context, presuming a peace-loving China as an enemy New Delhi often justifies arms accumulation, while in practice India has constantly deployed its forces along the Pakistani border. As regards Indian belligerent approach, it is the result of India’s shattered hope of intimidating other neighbouring countries, especially Pakistan which the former considers a continuous obstacle in the way of its designs.  
Under the pretext of Talibinisation, the Indian secret agency, RAW, has well established its tentacles in Afghanistan, and has been running secret operations against Pakistan from its consulates located near the Pak Afghan border. It has spent millions of dollars in Afghanistan to strengthen its grip in order to get strategic depth against Islamabad.  
Meanwhile, prime minister Gilani and  Foreign Minister Qureshi have repeatedly stated: “India supports terrorism in Pakistan, and its evidence will be shown to the western countries at the right occasion.” Indeed, this is in coordination with the statements of the ISPR spokesman Major General Athar Abbas who revealed that during the ongoing military operations huge cache of arms and ammunition had been captured while it was being shifted from Afghanistan. 
Perhaps, frustrated in achieving its aims of becoming a world power, and a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council, now the Indian rulers have started openly threatening nuclear powers like Pakistan and China. In this backdrop, the Indian Army Chief, General Deepak Kapoor, vocally revealed on December 29 that the Indian army “is now revising its five-year old doctrine” and is preparing for a “possible two front war with China and Pakistan.”  
However in response to New Delhi’s threat, Pakistan’s chairman, General Tariq Majeed, stated: “The Indian army chief’s statement exhibits a lack of strategic acumen.. fix India on a self destructive mechanism.” 
It is surprising to note that in more than seven states, India itself faces separatist movements which are the result of acute poverty and social injustices. Particularly, Maoist movement that has been raging in West Bengal, and has now expanded to other regions including Maharashtra. At present, it is a popular insurgency by the downtrodden who have massive support of the people for their ideology. On October 31 last year, the New York Times wrote: “India’s Maoist rebels are now present in 20 states and have killed more than 900 Indian security officers...India’s rapid economic growth has made it an emerging global power but also deepened stark inequalities in society.” Thus, by neglecting all these ground realties New Delhi has been advancing towards a self-destructive path.  
USA’s dependence on Pakistan for war against terrorism and for close economic cooperation with China will roll back the Indian clandestine agenda which is part of its regional ambition against Islamabad and Beijing. Nonetheless, like the failed foreign policy of Emperor William 2, the Indian policy of ‘power or downfall’ is bound to result in a nuclear catastrophe in the region as ‘nuclearised’ Pakistan and China cannot ignore their defence, while their adversary is determined to act upon its aggressive designs.

2010ء پاکستان کیلئے بھاری ثابت ہو سکتا ہے؟

یہ ہیں وہ الفاظ جو امریکی سفیر پیٹرسن نے 7 جنوری کو کراچی میں ایک خطاب کے دوران کہے۔ اسے وارننگ سمجھا جائے‘ دھمکی سمجھا جائے‘ مشورہ سمجھا جائے یا صرف پیشین گوئی لیکن اس حقیقت سے انکار نہیں کیا جا سکتا کہ پاکستانی سالمیت سخت خطرے میں ہے۔ اگر امریکی ایسا کہتے ہیں تو یہ بے مقصد نہیں ہو سکتا۔ حقائق سے چشم پوشی خطرناک نتائج کو جنم دے سکتی ہے۔
اس وقت پاکستان کئی قسم کے اندرونی و بیرونی خطرات میں گھرا ہے اور یہ سب مسئلے امریکہ ہی کے پیدا کردہ ہیں۔ ہمارا سب سے بڑا مسئلہ تو دہشت گردی ہے جس نے ہماری نہ صر ف معیشت تباہ کی ہے بلکہ افراتفری‘ لاقانونیت اور غیر یقینی جیسے حالات پیدا کر کے ہمیں تباہی کے دہانے تک پہنچا دیا ہے جسے اب کنٹرول کرنا شاید ہمارے بس میں ہی نہیں رہا۔ بیرونی طور پر امریکہ‘ بھا رت اور اسرائیل پاکستان کی سالمیت کے خلاف سرگرم ہیں۔ یہ تینوں ممالک فرنٹ لائن میں ہیں لیکن ان کی پشت پر کئی اور بھی ہمارے دوست نما دشمن موجود ہیں۔ تشویشناک صورت حال یہ ہے کہ امریکہ ظاہری طور پر ہمارا اتحادی ہے ڈنڈے کے زور پر ہم سے تمام مطالبات منوا رہا ہے ہم میں حکم عدولی کی جرأت بھی نہیں لیکن پھر بھی مجرم ہم ہی ہیں۔ امریکی عادت ہے کہ جب وہ کسی ملک کی سالمیت کے خلاف ہوتا ہے تو پہلے بہانے تراش کر جنگ کی فضا تیار کرتا ہے مثلاً 1950 میں شمالی کوریا کا حملہ روکنے کے بہانے’’پولیس ایکشن‘‘ کے نام پر ’’انچان لینڈنگ‘‘ کر کے کوریا میں اپنی فوج داخل کر دی۔ اس جنگ میں تقریباً بیس لاکھ بے گناہ کورین سویلین اور ڈیڑھ لاکھ چینی زندگیوں سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھے‘ فوجی اموات اس کے علاوہ تھیں جن کی تعداد 3½ لاکھ سے زیادہ بتائی جاتی ہے۔
پھر اگست 1964 میں ویت نام میں فوجیں داخل کر دیں۔ بہانہ یہ بنایا کہ Gulf of Tonkin میں شمالی ویت نامیوں نے امریکی جہازوں پر حملہ کیا ہے۔ اس جنگ میں بھی بے گناہ سویلین کی اموات لگ بھگ بیس لاکھ ہیں۔ فوجی اموات اس کے علاوہ ہیں جن کی تعداد 12 لاکھ تک بتائی جاتی ہے ۔ایک لاکھ کمبوڈین بھی لقمہ اجل بنے حالانکہ کمبوڈیا اس جنگ کا حصہ نہیں تھا۔ 60 ہزار امریکی بھی مرے اور ڈیڑھ لاکھ زخمی ہوئے لیکن دخل اندازی کی عادت سے امریکہ باز نہ آیا۔ پھر عراق کو ورغلا کر 1980 میں ایران پر حملہ کرا دیا اس طویل جنگ میں بھی ہزاروں کے حساب سے اموات ہوئیں۔ 1990 میں پہلے عراق سے کویت پر حملہ کرایا اور پھر کویت آزاد کرانے کے بہانے عراق پر چڑھائی کر دی۔ 60 بلین ڈالرز سعودی عرب سے جنگ کا خرچہ وصول کر لیا۔ القاعدہ کو سبق سکھانے کے بہانے 2001 میں افغانستان پر حملہ کیا۔ 2003 میں تباہ کن ہتھیار رکھنے کے الزام میں عراق پر دوبارہ چڑھائی کر دی۔ یہ تباہ کن ہتھیار تو برآمد نہ ہو سکے لیکن یہ دونوں جنگیں تاحال جاری ہیں۔ معلوم نہیں یہ جنگیں ختم ہونگی بھی یا نہیں لیکن اب تک ان دونوں ممالک میںکئی لاکھ بے گناہ لوگ جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھے ہیں ۔
حالات سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ امریکہ کا موجودہ ہدف خدانخواستہ پاکستان ہی ہے جس کے لئے فضا مکمل طور پر تیار کی جا چکی ہے۔ اب اس میں تو کسی کو شک نہیں کہ 9/11 کا واقعہ مسلمانوںکے خلاف ایک صہیونی سازش تھی جس کا مقصد پوری دنیا کو مسلمانوں کیخلاف لڑانا تھا۔ مسلمانوں اور عیسائیوں کو آپس میں لڑا کر دونوں طاقتوںکو اس قدر کمزور کرنا تھا تاکہ صہیونیت پوری دنیا پر حاوی ہو جائے جس کا وہ ہزاروں سالوں سے خواب دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ اسکی عملی شکل اسوقت ہمارے سامنے ہے۔ امریکہ معاشی طور پر بہت کمزور ہو چکا ہے۔ تمام مسلم ممالک پور ی دنیا میں دہشت گرد تصور ہوتے ہیں اور امریکہ کے حالیہ ایک فرمان کے مطابق اول تو مسلمانوں کو امریکہ میں داخل نہیں ہونے دیا جائے گا اور اگر مجبوری ہوئی تو انکی برہنہ تلاشی لی جائیگی۔ اس سے زیادہ مسلمانوں کی اور زیادہ بے عزتی بھلا کیا ہو سکتی ہے؟ عیسائیوں اور مسلمانوں کی اس باہمی جنگ سے سب سے زیادہ فائدہ بھی اسرائیل اور صہیونیت کو پہنچ رہاہے۔ اس کی صرف ایک مثال ہی کافی ہے ۔ اسرائیل کے تیار کردہ سیکورٹی آلات اس وقت تمام مغربی دنیا میں استعمال ہو رہے ہیں۔ ان آلات کا سب سے بڑا خریدار امریکہ ہے جس نے صرف ایک سال میں تقریباً تین بلین ڈالرز ان آلات پر خرچ کئے۔ اس ایک مثال سے اسرائیل کی آمدنی کا اندازہ لگایا جا سکتا ہے ۔
پاکستان کے خلاف جنگی منصوبہ تقریباً تیار ہو چکا ہے جس کے خدوخال واضح نظر آ رہے ہیں۔ بھارت ’’را‘‘ کی معرفت دہشت گردی میں مصروف ہے۔ سی آئی اے اور اسرائیلی موساد ’’بلیک واٹر‘‘ کے روپ میں ’’را‘‘ کے ساتھی ہیں۔ دہشت گردی کے روپ میں ’’القاعدہ‘‘ یہودیوں کی سب سے بڑی اختراع ہے۔ دہشت گردی کی ہر چھوٹی بڑی کارروائی اسی کے کھاتے میں ڈال کر پوری دنیا کیلئے ہَوا بنا دیا ہے حالانکہ القاعدہ کے خالق بھی وہ خود ہی ہیں۔ حیران کن بات یہ ہے کہ القاعدہ کے خلاف پچھلے دس سال سے پوری دنیا لڑ رہی ہے لیکن آج تک نہ تو کوئی اس کا ہیڈ کوارٹر پکڑا گیا ہے اور نہ ہی اس کا سربراہ اسامہ بن لادن اور مزید حیران کن بات یہ ہے کہ القاعدہ کیخلاف جتنی بھی جنگ شدت اختیار کر رہی ہے اس سے یہ کمزور ہونے کی بجائے دن بہ دن مضبوط ہو رہی ہے بلکہ مزید پھیل رہی ہے اور اب تقریباً تقریباً تمام مسلمان ممالک میں بقول امریکی پالیسی کے یہ نیٹ ورک موجود ہے۔ القاعدہ پر قابو پانے کے بہانے عراق اور افغانستان تو تباہ کئے جا چکے ہیں۔ پاکستان پر شدید قسم کی دہشت گردی مسلط کر دی گئی ہے ۔ یہی حالت یمن‘ شام اور افریقی مسلم ممالک کی ہے۔ اس جنگ کو War on Terror کہہ لیں یا War against Alqaida مقصد ایک ہی ہے۔ اب یہ جنگ تقریباً تقریباً عالمی جنگ کی شکل اختیار کر چکی ہے لیکن’’ القاعدہ‘‘کہیں قابو ہی نہیں آ رہی۔ یہ دنیا کی واحد جنگ ہے جس میں دشمن پر جتنا حملہ کیا جائے وہ اتنا مضبوط ہو رہا ہے تو اس سے ایک ہی نتیجہ نکلتا ہے کہ یا تو ’’القاعدہ‘‘ کوئی ایسی سپر نیچرل تنظیم ہے جسے مافوق الفطرت طاقتوں کی پشت پناہی حاصل ہے جسے ختم کرنا انسانی بس میں ہی نہیں یا پھر یہ صہیونی میڈیا کی وہ ’’من گھڑت‘‘ تنظیم ہے جسے یہودی میڈیا کبھی ختم نہیں ہونے دے گا جب تک خدانخواستہ مسلم دنیا مکمل طور پر تباہ نہ ہو جائے۔
صہیونی میڈیا کے مطابق دہشت گردی موجودہ دور کا سب سے بڑا خطرہ ہے۔ دہشت گردی کی ’’ماں‘‘ القاعدہ ہے اور القاعدہ اس وقت پاکستان کے سرحدی پہاڑوں میں پور ی طاقت سے قائم و دائم ہے جہاں سے یہ اپنا نیٹ ورک پوری مسلم دنیا اور خصوصاً پاکستان میں چلا رہی ہے۔ دہشت گردی یا انتہا پسندی کی تمام تنظیمیں القاعدہ ہی کے مختلف روپ ہیں۔ صہیونی میڈیا نے یہ راز بھی افشا کیا ہے کہ ان کی ایک مجلس شوریٰ کوئٹہ میں بھی موجود ہے۔ چونکہ القاعدہ کا ہیڈ کوارٹر پاکستان میں ہے اسی لئے تمام دنیا میں پاکستان ہی دہشت گردی کا مرکز ہے جس کا بھارت امریکہ اور برطانیہ پوری طاقت سے شور مچا رہے ہیں۔ ابھی حال ہی میں نئی دہلی میں دولت مشترکہ کے سپیکرز کی کانفرنس میں خطاب کرتے ہوئے بھارتی وزیراعظم نے فرمایا ۔ "Extremism is the biggest threat to the tenets of democracy" اور بھارتی وزیر اعظم جب بھی دہشت گردی یا "Extremism" کا نام لیتے ہیں تو پوری دنیا کو پتہ ہے کہ انکا اشارہ کس طرف ہوتا ہے۔ اکثر اوقات تو وہ اشاروں والا تکلف بھی نہیں کرتے بلکہ بلا واسطہ پاکستان کو ’’دہشت گردی کا مرکز‘‘ کہہ کر پوری دنیا سے اس کے خلاف جنگ کرنے کی اپیل کرتے ہیں۔
یہاں یہ واضح کرنا ضروری ہے کہ آجکل ’’را‘‘ کی ایک خفیہ رپورٹ کسی طرح انٹر نیٹ پر آ گئی ہے جس سے یہ ثبوت ملتا ہے کہ سی آئی اے اور ’’را‘‘ نے پاکستان کی ایٹمی طاقت تباہ کرنے کا معاہدہ 2001 میں کیا تھا۔ مزید یہ کہ موساد سی آئی اے اور ’’را‘‘ تینوں ایجنسیاں مل کر پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کرا رہی ہیں۔ بھارت کے پہاڑی علاقوں میں پیدا ہونے والی پوست (منشیات) جس کی قیمت کئی بلین ڈالرز ہے کا ایک چوتھائی حصہ پاکستان میں دہشت گردی پر خرچ ہو رہا ہے۔
خطرے کی بات یہ ہے کہ پچھلے دو ماہ میں کچھ ایسے واقعات رونما ہوئے ہیں یا پھر موساد اورسی آئی اے کے کارنامے ہیں جن کی وجہ سے پاکستان میں موجود القاعدہ کے خلاف حملے کا جواز بنا لیا گیا ہے۔ نومبر میں میجر ندال ملک حسن نے فورٹ ہڈ ملٹری بیس ٹیکساس امریکہ پر اندھا دھند فائرنگ کر کے 13 سولجرز مار دیئے اور 40 زخمی ہوئے۔ پھر کرسمس کے موقعہ پر نائیجیرین نوجوان عمر فاروق عبدالمطلب نے امریکی طیارہ تباہ کر نے کی کوشش کی۔ 30 دسمبر کو افغانستان میں خوست ائیر بیس پرسی آئی اے سنٹر کو خودکش دھماکے سے اڑانے والے ہمام خلیل نے آٹھ آدمی موقعہ پر مار دیے۔ ان میں سات سی آئی اے کے لوگ تھے ۔ امریکی نظر میں یہ سب القاعدہ کے لوگ تھے۔ ہمام خلیل ابو ملال البلادی صاحب کا تو حکیم اللہ محسود امیر تحریک طالبان پاکستان کے ساتھ فوٹو بھی شائع کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ان تمام حضرات کا ظاہری طورپر پاکستان سے کسی قسم کا تعلق نہیں لیکن چونکہ یہ تمام حملہ آور مسلمان تھے لہٰذا دہشت گرد میڈیا نے ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ دہشت گردی کے تمام راستے پاکستان کی طرف جا رہے ہیں اس لئے ہر بُرائی کی جڑ پاکستان قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔ اس سیناریو میں امریکی سفیر کی دھمکی یا پیشین گوئی بے مقصد نہیں۔ خدا پاکستان کی حفاظت کرے ۔ آمین!

Chief Beneficiaries of War on Terror

Global War on Terror  is a consequence of 9 11 attacks on twin towers. Still nobody can authentically say that attack was planned by Jewish or Muslim extremists but as a result of it some bitter facts emerged,  American lost 3000 individuals in twin tower attacks.  US led  Forces have lost over 1684 soldiers. Their more than 6584 troops have suffered serious injuries since September 2001. the heavy losses in terms of finances are major set back to the economies of USA and its allies.Pakistan has also been forced to be a key player of Global War on Terror . According to USA reports, Islamabad is facing major impact of the War and guerilla warfare has enveloped complete Pakistan. Over 3000 soldiers and civilian were martyred and many injured as result of war against terror..  Economy of USA and her NATO allies depleting continuously. Cancer of militancy is continuously maligning the whole world speedily.gulf between two civilizations has also been widened and knocking the door of final nuclear war. However India, Israel and former USA Bush were the main beneficiaries of  Global War on Terror.

USA, Israeli and Indian strategic relations are revolving around common interests like containing China, weakening Pakistan through political destabilization and targeting Iranian and Pakistani Nuke Programme. New Delhi has also made a secret agreement to provide bases to strike Iran. In this context Indian and Israeli forces heads have made various pacts during their visits to Tel Aviv and New Delhi. They have also made ingress in number of American and Western think tanks and media groups. They are using their plate forms for criticizing Muslim countries, their policies and peaceful nuke capabilities. For example on January 17, 2010 Times online again starting yelling against Pakistan nuke programme. The newspaper reported that extremists have access to Pakistani nukes programme. Moreover American has trained a special Pak unit to counter any threat to nukes. The article published in the Times online would be taken as mere try to divert IAEA and nuke experts’ attention from recent accidents of Indian nuke programme and Israeli brutality against Gazans.Christina Lamb   seem to be on payload RAW and Mossad. She is also notorious for spreading rumors regarding Pakistan nuke programme of and on while maliciously writing articles.

Coming back to the topic I would say that former President of USA Mr. Bush was also one of the main beneficiaries of Global War on Terror.  To save his oil business, he   pushed American forces in Iraq on the pretext of CIA factious reports i.e. presence of weapons of mass destruction and converted peaceful Islamic world their enemy.

It is worth mentioning here that polices of lonely supper power is being influenced and controlled by Jewish and Hindu lobbies.  Most of the think tanks are being bribed by Israel and India. The think tanks affect the policy makers through publishing reports according to their masters’ designs. It’s an open secret now that India is using Afghan territory for training of terrorists and dispatching them to Pakistan.  Recently, Director General Inter Services Intelligence Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha while briefing Parliamentary Committee of National Security, regarding US new Afghan policy and its implication on Pakistan revealed that Afghan soil is being used for terrorist activities in Pakistan. He told that drugs smugglers of Afghanistan have been supporting the terrorists. Pasha also suggested the need that movement of terrorists on Pak-Afghan border should be monitor. He informed members of the committee that negotiations to tighten checking on bordering area between two countries were underway with all stakeholders. The committee members also suggested that Pakistan should be a key player in new Afghan policy. It also demanded to expel the name of Pakistan from policy of US new immigration list. Meanwhile Committee Chairman Raza Rabbani said US drone strikes on Pakistani soil was blatant violation of country's integrity and sovereignty. He said foreign ministry should raise the issue at diplomatic level.

He said that continuous drone attacks on Pakistani territory took away the nation's self-respect, integrity and sovereignty which cannot be tolerated and the issue has been raised with US. He said that idea of fencing the Pak-Afghan border would be kept in mind while preparing the recommendations for national security. To a question about drone strikes Raza Rabbani said that government has lodged protest against US drone strikes diplomatically several times but no vain. Prime Minister also used similar tone while addressing National Assembly in last week. Pakistan times and again also demanded that border with Afghanistan should be fenced but rulers of Kabul always opposed the suggestions.

The above facts dictate that India, Israel and former President Bush were the main beneficiaries and real stake holders of War. American think tanks should know that Washington is losing her credibility because of her tilt towards anti Muslim policies. Though, the American and NATO top brass now started realizing that purpose of Indian ingress in Afghanistan is not to support Global War on Terror.  Her activities in Afghanistan are quite objectionable. On September 20, NATO commander, Gen. McChrystal in his report on the Afghan war had admitted: “Indian political and economic influence is increasing in Afghanistan including significant development efforts…is likely to exacerbate regional tensions.”

New Delhi under the pretext of Talibinisation of Afghanistan and Pakistan, has established her intelligence network with the support of Israeli Mossad. She is also running secret operations against Pakistan from its consulates in Mazar-i-Sharif, Jalalabad, Kandhar and other sensitive parts of the Pak Afghan border. She has spent millions of dollars in Afghanistan to strengthen its grip and has been sending well trained militants along with arms to Pakistan for attacking the security personnel including western nationals. The unrest in Balochistan is directly being supported by her. New Delhi has attained strategic depth against Pakistan and China while increasing her military troops in the country. Indian joint venture with Israel also reveals that they have decided to set up cantonments inside Afghanistan. In this respect, puppet regime of Hamid Karzai is encouraging India in using the Border Roads Organisation in constructing the ring roads and ignoring Pakistan demand of fencing the border.     

Notably, Indian doesn’t have the desire of rolling back her clandestine agenda against Pakistan and China. She will like to keep American engaged in Afghanistan even beyond 2011. Indian Intelligence agency has also planned some covert operations against USA NATO forces located in Afghanistan. USA if serious in leaving Afghanistan by 2011 then she must try to   establish publicly supported Afghan government. She must also pressurize New Delhi to resolve most burning issues like, Kashmir, border dispute with China and water conflicts with Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan. US & NATO is ready to do more instead of displaying double standards while keeping the silence over the Pak - Afghan border crossers. They should also discontinue with the thoughts that Pak army is not trained and nukes are unsafe. The Western and American media must know that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and is also maintaining highly professional armed forces.

At number of occasions  Chief of Army Staff  General Ashfaq Parvez said that Pakistani security forces do not require any sort of  foreign training for countering insurgency, except for much specialised weapons, equipment and high technology. He also maintained that strategic decisions regarding where, when and how many troops need to be deployed in each operation or sector, purely would be based on our national interests and analysis.

President, Prime Minister and foreign office spokesman too categorically rejected western media campaign and American concern over Pakistan nukes and said that our Army is capable enough to protect our nuclear assets.

In short, USA should stop supporting Chief beneficiaries of Global War on Terror (India and Israel), if serious in resolving global security issues. She should respect the sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan while immediate stopping of Drone attacks. Pakistan should be given drone technology for elimination of militancy. Obama should discontinue with the Bush policies of colonialism, capturing, interfering and grabbing other countries’ natural resources. Talk with Afghan Taliban is the only solution to settle Afghan issue and achieving ultimate victory in Global War on Terror .

Indian Army Chief General Kapoor as 'silly'

US Ambassador to Pakistan Anne Patterson termed the recent remarks of Indian Army Chief General Kapoor as 'silly' and said that India and Pakistan should address their issues bilaterally to ensure progress in both countries.

In an exclusive interview with DawnNews on Thursday night, the US envoy said that there was enormous potential for economic progress if India and Pakistan got together.

The countries have complementary markets and commercial implications of the good relations between them are enormous, she said.

Anne Patterson said that if the Pakistan government has any evidence of Indian involvement in Balochistan, her country will be keen to play a role in addressing the situation.

She felt the immediate need for reestarting composite dialogue between India and Pakistan and resumption of confidence building measure.

Appreciating the efforts of Pakistan army in combating the terrorists in Swat and South Waziristan the US envoy said, Pakistan army has pursued this war very courageously and they have rendered big sacrifices in it.

She expressed confidence in Pakistan government for spending KLB's assistance money for development of infrastructure in FATA and South Waziristan.

She also lauded Benazir Income Support Programme saying this programme is being appreciated by the comity of nations adding there would be no harm if the money of US assistance reaches the deserving people through this programme.

To a question the American envoy said that withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan would be condition- based.

“We have to train and equip the Afghan security forces to replace the US and Nato troops before leaving the country”, the Ambassador said.

Commenting on the reports of presence of US security officials in Gwadar the envoy said, they visited the area to advance the visit of aid directors to assess the projects being financed through KLB.

She said there was no American in Pakistan without visa or proper documentation adding some people were floating such speculations in the media to undermine the relationship of two countries.

“We do not have Blackwaters in Pakistan and all information in this regard in foreign and local media was nonsense,” she said

Aman ki Asha: Two Faces of India

A Mask for indiaIt is befuddling to see two faces of India; one face breathing fire and yearning to annihilate Pakistan, and the other singing melodious tunes of peace and friendship. One year before, Indian civil and military leaders were indulging in high pitch saber rattling.
Their strike formations had moved up into battle locations and fighter jets had scrambled to strike targets in AJK and Muredke.  Indian media and public were up in arms beating war drums. Divorcing sanity and rationalism, Indian leadership accused Pakistan of its involvement in Mumbai attacks and charge-sheeted it without any shred of evidence. They had refused to listen to any explanation and spurned offer of joint investigation. Whatever one-sided evidence was provided to Pakistan was flimsy and fabricated. They got irritated when lies got exposed but USA and UK covered up their concoctions by fully backing them up and putting the entire blame on Pakistan. Their bellicosity has not died down to this date and they are still bent upon trying to coercively impose their will on Pakistan.
On 29 December, Indian army Chief Deepak Kapoor stoked embers of war for the second time in quick succession. No sooner this uncalled for jingoistic statement was made another equally puzzling move was made under the caption of Aman ki Asha (desire for peace). A seminar was organised in New Delhi jointly sponsored by India Times and Jang Group from 10-12 January to promote peace between two arch rivals. Notwithstanding the harmless and well-meaning title, timings of the same were rather odd since it does not fit into the vitiated atmosphere deliberately stoked by India. It is persistently inflating its defence budget and its armed forces are getting laced with latest art-of-weapons and its nuclear program is being radically expanded and upgraded. Added to it are its offensive designs and covert operations against Pakistan. It is in no mood to resolve disputes and ease tensions.
From the time India signed peace treaty with Pakistan in January 2004 and promised to resolve all disputes through composite dialogue, India has not moved an inch towards resolution of any dispute. Major disputes are Kashmir, Siachen, Sir Creek, dams on rivers and water. Past master in foot dragging and making false promises, India kept buying time and under the garb of friendship deceived Pakistan by stabbing it in the back. Its intelligence agencies have been indulging in sabotage and subversion and supporting disruptive forces in Pakistan and making several regions turbulent. Even when RAW’s involvement in Balochistan, FATA and Swat came to light our leaders preferred to remain quiet so as not to antagonize India.
Taking our policy of appeasement as a sign of weakness, RAW and Mossad in consultation with CIA cooked up Mumbai drama. Indian political leaders and media upped the ante and held Pakistan squarely responsible for the carnage without a shred of evidence. Their mentors in USA and UK lent credence to their false claims. The incident planned in a shoddy manner backfired and prestige of shining India got badly bruised. Indian public termed it as an intelligence failure. Intelligence agencies, Indian Navy, Coast Guard, Mumbai security apparatus as well as Army were censured since a band of ten terrorists managed to breach the cordon and held the port city hostage for over 72 hours. Response of security forces was simply pathetic, resulting in lots of fatalities including foreigners and loss of face.
When Pakistan did not get over awed and held its ground firmly on diplomatic and military planes coolly, maturely and boldly, it nonplussed plot makers in India. As the dust settled down and glaring loopholes in the wicked plan started to prop up, it further perplexed them.  It irritated them to find Pakistan objecting to their fake pieces of evidence and got panicky when their lies got exposed. Not knowing what to do, they were left with no other option but to keep crying as victims of terrorism and stubbornly clinging on to their ridiculous stance that India would not renew dialogue unless Pakistan acted upon its silly demands of punishing the culprits and dismantling terrorist networks. While expecting a lot from Pakistan, India refuse to admit that it is involved in subversive activities, well knowing that Pakistan has collected heap of evidence.
Hosts of steps taken by Pakistan were disregarded and like USA, it also started to stupidly sing the mantra of ‘do more’. This piggish stance has become all the more necessary to hide their embarrassment since Ajmal Kasab, the lone witness on which the whole case was cleverly spun by Indian agencies has begun to unravel truths while recoding his statement in the law court. He has categorically denied having killed anyone on 26/11 and revealed that he was kidnapped and put in jail much before the incident and on the day of occurrence he was taken to the site, shot and injured. Involvement of local terrorists aided by elements within Indian army and RAW in Samjhota Express and Malegaon acts of terror has already been proven.
In the backdrop of demonstrated Indian bellicosity, Aman ki Asha came as a surprise and left many in Pakistan gaping in wonder as to what to believe and what not to believe. Pro-Indian elements within Pakistan have however hailed the initiative. They have been ignoring Indian clandestine operations together with jingoism and have projected Indo-US theme that religious extremists and not India is the existential threat to security of Pakistan. They laugh and mock those who say that war on terror is US war and not our war. They also ignored Gen Kapoor’s offensive statements but jumped with excitement at the proposed seminar on Aman ki Asha and lauded the idea profusely. In their series of write ups they have projected it as a breakthrough and a step in the right direction towards Indo-Pak détente. None bothered to contemplate that no Indian leader has brought any change in his tone and hawkish style, or taken any confidence building measures  to ease up tension. List of invitees was prepared from among them.
Aman ki Asha is not meant to promote peace but to once again harm Pakistan through guile and deceit. It has been conceived and sponsored by RAW with devious motives.  Real motive behind it is to sidestep real issues of conflict and once again indulge in nonsensical CBMs. It is an effort to hoodwink world comity and to again take Pakistan for a ride. India has somehow come to the conclusion that as a result of Indo-US-Israel-UK eight-year collective efforts, Pakistan has been sufficiently weakened from within and is now in dire strait. In their view the Islamists imbued with warrior spirit who remain ever ready to shed last drop of their blood to defend Pakistan have been antagonized and marginalized while sizeable numbers of soldiers pushed into the quicksand of war on terror for times to come. They feel that time is ripe to dictate terms either through military coercion or through peace mantra and extract maximum concessions. They want peace to be imposed on Indian terms which they perceive will be readily accepted by Pakistan. Pro-Indian lobbies particularly among ultra liberals in Pakistan will actively pursue their agenda.
If India is really interested in peace, it will have to first undo some of the blatant wrongs it inflicted upon Pakistan. It must immediately put an end to its intrusive and meddlesome activities in Pakistan, it should abide by Indus Basin Treaty of 1960 and stop stealing water and building dams on rivers flowing into Pakistan, abide by Indo-Pak agreement on Siachen inked in 1989, resolve Sir Creek issue on which already lot of ground has been covered, stop its vile propaganda against Pakistan, develop relations on the basis of trust, friendship, respect and equality. Above all, longstanding Kashmir dispute which is the main bone of contention should be resolved in accordance with UN Resolutions and pledges of Nehru.

Will Israel Assassinate Barack Obama?

To assassinate an American president with impunity requires pre-staging. For Israel to succeed would require an Evil Doer on whom the deed could plausibly be blamed. The emerging fact patterns suggest that such pre-staging is well underway and that a Pakistani could be the perceived culprit. The recent history of Evil Doer branding offers insight into what to expect.
Over the course of several years, Saddam Hussein, a brutal tyrant, morphed from a loyal and valued U.S. ally to the leader of a state portrayed as a member of the Axis of Evil ready and able to deploy weapons of mass destruction on a moment’s notice. Though that depiction was a lie; a plausible lie sufficed in the creation of a credible Evil Doer to help justify the invasion of Iraq.
 Similarly, the Taliban in all its many forms have long been religious fundamentalists with an intolerant streak exceeded only by their ferocity in defense of their severe version of Islam. During the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, they were celebrated as the fierce Mujahideen and heralded as heroic freedom fighters by President Ronald Reagan.
In the run-up to the provocation of 9-11, that positive “branding” abruptly changed when, six months prior to that mass murder, Afghanistan’s ancient Buddhas at Bamiyan were destroyed. When the Taliban took responsibility, they were rebranded worldwide as certifiably evil for what mainstream media portrayed as a “cultural holocaust.” When staging such power-of-association operations, timing is everything. By 9-11, the Taliban were seen as world-class Evil Doers.
A similar pre-staging is underway in the U.S as manipulated impressions become the mental building blocks to create a plausible culprit from an Islamic nation. Keep in mind that repeated reports of Iraqi WMD created a generally accepted “consensus” truth—regardless of the facts.
In a similar fashion, oft-repeated reports of the threat of Iranian WMD have steadily created the impression of a nuclear weapons capability with no basis in fact. But facts are not the point when pre-staging an Evil Doer. The point is what a targeted population can be induced to believe.
 Five Muslim students in the U.S. traveled to Pakistan in mid-December, setting off a flurry of reports about the threat of “homegrown terrorism.” Every report mentioned the recent shootings at Fort Hood, Texas by a Muslim psychiatrist. A series of other incidents helped enhance the plausibility of a violent event traceable to the requisite Islamic Evil Doer.
 The Justice Department announced this month that the trial of a 9-11 suspect will be held in Manhattan, with a second trial in nearby Brooklyn. In explaining the projected $150 million cost, local officials likened the extensive security to what is required for a New Year’s Eve celebration—only lasting for months. These trials are akin to a high profile publicity campaign certain to keep Americans on edge while enhancing the plausibility of “Islamic” violence.
Insecurity, Plausibility & Accessibility
 Yet how could an assassin reach the most closely guarded president of modern times? The plausibility of a security breach has already been pre-staged. At the first state dinner by Obama, two aspiring contestants for a reality television show foiled White House security to come within handshake distance of the president. Though no one has yet conceded how that could have happened, both the president and the First Lady have an Ashkenazi chief of staff.
Bodyguards were protecting Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin when in November 1995 a Likud Party member shot him at close range. Assassin Yigal Amir invoked a concept from ultra-orthodox Judaism to justify his murder of Rabin as a threat to Jews living in the settlements. Likud Party leader Benjamin Netanyahu led a series of rallies that Rabin described as provoking violence. Netanyahu was elected Prime Minister in June 1996 and immediately sought to inhibit implementation of the Oslo land-for-peace process agreed to by Rabin.
 That same year, Richard Perle led a Jewish-American team to prepare for Netanyahu a new policy titled A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm (i.e., Israel). Then a member of the U.S. Defense Policy Board, Perle became its chairman in 2001. The central theme of A Clean Break: Israel should halt the return of Palestinian land and instead pursue an aggressive strategy that included as a priority the removal of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.

 Should pro-Israeli extremists detect an inclination by Barack Obama to endorse a return of Palestinian land to the Palestinians, the likelihood of his assassination will greatly increase. For his death to appear plausibly due to an Islamic source requires pre-staging akin to what is now ongoing. To displace facts with what the public can be induced to believe requires a period of mental preparation in order to make misdirection believable.
 In July 2006, for instance, authors Jim Gilchrist and Jerome Corsi published Minutemen claiming that Hezbollah terrorists are sneaking across the Mexican border and plotting another 9-11. Minutemen was launched at Ground Zero, the site of the 9-11 attack, 14 days after Israel invaded Lebanon—in pursuit of Hezbollah. Had the U.S. suffered another attack, Iran-backed Hezbollah would have been the perceived culprit, providing a plausible rationale attack Iran.
 Corsi remains a prolific source of prepare-the-minds publications, including Atomic Iran released in early 2005 and calling for either the U.S. or Israel to preemptively bomb the “mad mullahs of Iran.” His latest release is The Obama Nation. With a first print run of 475,000, his attack on the presidential contender immediately topped The New York Times nonfiction bestseller list. Should Obama be murdered, Corsi’s book will provide an incremental component of plausibility that the assassin was opposed not to his changed policies on Israel but to his “socialism.”
 An Agenda in Need of a Crisis
Other recent incidents enhance the plausibility that an assassin could enter the U.S. from abroad. Homeland Security conceded this month that a sensitive transportation security screening manual was posted on the Internet. The ordering of more troops to Afghanistan enhances the plausibility that extremists will be driven across the border into Pakistan, only to travel from there to the U.S.
 Obama’s Nobel Prize associated him with peace laureate Martin Luther King Jr. Were Obama also to die at the hands of an assassin, his “brand” has now been sufficiently enhanced that he would become an iconic figure. If Zionist extremists fail to provoke a crisis in the Middle East or South Asia, the murder of America’s first Black president would suffice as an attention-diverting crisis—particularly if those who produced his candidacy use his death to catalyze hatred between whites and blacks in the same way that they now market hatred for Muslims.
So long as Barack Obama continues to serve Israeli interests, he will continue to live a charmed life. Should he hint that justice—say for the Palestinians—is a worthy goal, the pre-staging is in place to eliminate that threat. Likewise should he seek to shut down the ongoing oligarch-ization of America and the steady piling on of disabling debt.
 Should his death provoke race riots, the Department of Homeland Security is prepared to protect the agent provocateurs—under the guise of defending the perpetrators from anti-Semitism.
 Would Israel assassinate a U.S. president? What kind of world would we now inhabit if Senator William Fulbright and Attorney General Robert Kennedy had succeeded in 1962 in forcing the Israel Lobby to register as a foreign agent? How would the world be different if John F. Kennedy had succeeded in 1963 in forcing international inspections of Israel’s nuclear facility?
 When Robert Kennedy announced for the presidency in 1968, Tel Aviv did not know if he would revive JFK’s campaign to prevent Israel from igniting a nuclear arms race in the Middle East. Nor did anyone know if he and Fulbright would again seek transparency for Israeli operations disguised as domestic lobbying.
 When RFK was murdered in June 1968, the gunman was Palestinian. That lesson should not be lost on Pakistan. In dealing with Washington, Islamabad should also recall Senator Fulbright’s candid assessment in 1973: “Israel controls the U.S. Senate.” He was gone by 1974, twenty-five influence-imbedding years ago.

Anti-Islamic Foundations by US-India-Israel Evil Axis

Today's essentially anti-Islamic world has branded every Muslim a terrorist, while all non-Muslims are peace seekers, victims and want to resolve all disputes by peaceful means. That is the biggest gimmick of these anti-Islamic nations, forces and media. The truth and facts, however, are in the opposite. Western Chrestians Axis of evils have made correct calculations about the hatred the Hindus and Jews have for Muslims and Islam and thus advanced to reach out to destabilize Pakistan, destroy Afghanistan and cripple Iraq and terrorize Iran. The gamut of so-called terror war is to control energy resources and Muslim nations. The result is the vivid exposure of the ugliness of western brand democracy.
Now the all American hidden agendas are becoming clear to the world. American terror strategists controlling the course of illegal wars in Islamic world on fabricated pretexts oppose any opposition to their destructive activities by Muslims and call such people defending the sovereignty of their beloved nation as terrorists and insurgents. And the Western Christian terrorists launch their terror attacks as “counter-insurgency” operations against the Muslims in their own countries. Western rogues in democracy suits invaded Islamic world and killed Muslims and call them the terrorists.  
The same tactic is being employed by terror India in Kashmir and fascist Israel in Palestine. Since USA is doing exactly what the Hindus and Jews a have been performing for decades, even President Obama who has just dispatched  fresh terrorists to Afghanistan against the wishes of his own voters, finds it difficult to halt the genocide of Muslims by terrorist Jews and Hindus.
Israeli fascists say every country has a border and every country has the right to defend its border, but denies the Palestinians their right to defend themselves from the recurring invasions of rogue Israel. India restates the same old tale that Kashmiris should not take up arms against India even when Hindus kill them or rap their women. Americans and other western Axis of evils state that Muslims should accept the genocides by the Chrestians as the fate without looking for a new destiny searching for escape routes or seeking assistances form other Muslim nations because most of the Muslim leaders above all the Arab leaders are lying almost dead under the western dirty feet.
Bluffing about democracy for Arab nations, Washington spends 1,000 billion on terrorist wars allegedly to "combat" the threat of terrorism, but  actually to force the Muslims to the wall. USA and its terrorist Evil Axis allies spend trillions of dollars on weapons to destabilize Muslim nations that seek US aid and kill Muslims at will on their own and by using the ambitious Muslims who in fact hate Islam taking it as obstruction to extra wealth, private profits and special gains from non-Muslim world. American and western pretensions of being the sole caretakers of world peace and progress is exposed yet again now as Haiti, the western hemisphere's poorest country, is in runs and teaches the rest of the world some valuable truths. Over half the population lives on $1 a day and 80 per cent are classed as poor � in the years before this calamity. Haiti's poverty � as for other poor countries hit by natural disasters � leaves its people wide open to the kind of devastation that has befallen them. But where was the aid and economic development assistance to Haiti? Many lives could have been saved in Haiti's earthquake if a fraction of the money squandered on futile wars had been directed to economic and social development of that country.

Today the country's economy is valued at $7 billion.  Haiti has been kept underdeveloped by decades of political and economic interference from Washington to ensure that this former slave colony continues to serve as a cheap source of agricultural exports to the US and as a labour sweatshop for American corporations making textiles and other consumer goods. Poverty, climate disorders, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes happen. These disasters claim multiple more lives than the threats that the US is fixated on and spends multiples more money on- the so-called terrorism!

Americans and Europeans, Indians and Israelis are waging terror wars and sell their weapons to the world fighting each other. In the blink of an eye, the earthquake that hit the country has buried a capital city of three million people under rubble for which the eventual death toll may be between 100,000 and 500,000. This Caribbean island nation of nine million people has right now a third of its population cut off from basic supplies of food, water, medicine or shelter. Like shutting the proverbial stable door after the horse has bolted, the US and other world powers are promising to send emergency aid to Haiti. When and how much?

Of course, no moral and sensible logic of any positive idea applies in a world dictated by Washington's terror-cum-energy oriented foreign policy. This is because of the imperatives and logic of US-led capitalism, which requires countries like Haiti to be kept in a state of poverty for the sake of corporate profit and which requires the fixation on illusionary threats to cover up its need to control geopolitical resources (mainly energy). This is the true face of the economic system that Washington and its allies impose on the world.
With some Muslim nations like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Pakistan and Egypt under their control for shielding them from any possible damage to the image of western democracy or threat to the terror occupiers of Islamic nations, US-led western fascists g on rampage in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan. When Washington floats the bogey of “serious threat” that only means "not serious threat" but only a pretext for terrorist actions.  Plenty of observers have rightly compared what has happened in Haiti to the aftermath of an atom bomb being dropped. But USA and Europe are terror-fixed on genocides of Muslims.

By using USSR and communism as a serious threat to humanity and Islam, US-led western rogue states have coerced the Muslim nations, especially the Arab states into opting for capitalist path and corruption �cum- crime routes. Most of the Muslim nations, if not all, have religiously followed the deadly capitalist strategies shown by the Chrestian world. So much so even the United Arab Emeritus has shown signs of deadly divisions because they all shed Islamic law almost in toto. Dubai’s staggering, bubble-driven rise and fall over the past decade has upset the political foundations of the 38-year-old confederation known as the United Arab Emirates. Even as the UAE celebrated 38 years of confederation on December 2, concern caused by Dubai World’s spectacular unraveling after years as a high-flying�some might say garish�example of liberal, globalized capitalism has taken root in the normally staid sands of the Arabian Peninsula.

The American devils have moved into Africa, into a badly divided Yemen into North and South. Until 1990, Yemen was divided between north and south�the product of the arbitrary borders between the British colonial protectorate in the south, focused on the key strategic port of Aden, and the Ottoman Empire that collapsed after World War I. The division remained even after the 1962 overthrow of the Imanate that replaced the Ottomans in the north and the rebellion that ousted the British in 1967. North and south only unified after the former Soviet Union withdrew financial and military support from its client state�the so-called socialist republic in South Yemen �in 1989. Now the USA and UK are pouncing upon Yemen to drink their blood too.

The FBI CIA Pentagon their Neocons theory nuts have now fixed their focus on Yemen as the scheduled invasion of Iran for energy goals has misfired. The Obama administration is now intervening into this seething social and political cauldron in pursuit of Washington’s broader economic and strategic ambitions. The inevitable outcome is already evident in the disasters that the US has created in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as its escalating proxy war in Pakistan. The impoverished and unstable state of Yemen is the product not only of the corrupt, parasitic Yemeni ruling class but of imperialist oppression stretching back to the seizure of Aden by the British in the nineteenth century. The US intervention now being prepared will only create another catastrophe for the Yemeni people and a potential quagmire for the American military.

By showcasing its terror military prowess, USA is escalating terror wars and not interested in ending them; any peace move form Muslims are repulsed by drones and genocides. All the signs point to Yemen being the next target in the US-led “war on terrorism”. The Obama administration seized on the failed attempt by Nigerian student Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab to set off a bomb on a US-bound flight on Christmas Day to dispatch the CIA and military trainers to the impoverished country. Pressure is being exerted on Yemeni puppet President Ali Abdullah Saleh to intensify military operations against the organization known as Al Qaeda.
Most of the non-Muslim nations have just one agenda- anti-Islamism plus Islamophobia unleashed by the media and terror forces in tandem. Guided by their individual hidden ideologies, the USA, UK, Israel and India are working over night to generate anti-Islamic sentiments around the world and defame Islam.  America provides all anti-Islamic forums and it has become hotbed of all sorts of global outfits a top the terror planning epicenter in the world. Hindus, Chrestians and Jews etc., do not want any of the so-called Islamic nation to practice Islam and become anti-Islamic through the non-Islamic format. Malaysia, Pakistan Indonesia etc are accused of practicing Islam by the anti--Islamic Hindus in their fanatic terror mouthpieces.

Mr., leader, The Zionist Justice  minister Justice Minister Lapid of the Shinui  party confirmed that the United States has been the central part of the larger picture when India and Israel discussed joint collaboration on the key issue of counter-terrorism.

Global terror media are still trying to turn Muslims against Islam, against Sharii'a, against Taliban who sought to establish an Islamic state in full swing without comprehending the possible reaction from the all reactionary nations like unilateral USA-UK, terror India, while the pro-Chrestian Muslims are creating dreams to make Muslims turn against their own religion and themselves.

US “democracy” has invaded Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, converted them into puppet regimes and killed thousands and thousands of  of innocent Muslims while same fascism is explicitly showcased by both India and Israel in their neighborhoods. Hindu terrorist Indian kills Muslims inside the country as well in Jammu Kashmir, while its terror partner in Mideast the Zionist regime enjoys sadistic pleasure in genocides of innocent Palestinians. But al these rogue state call Muslims as “terrorists” by using the global criminal media owned by them.  Israel which sells terror equipment to “peace-loving secular” India and  appeases New Delhi shedding crocodile tears saying “terrible acts of terrorism” were committed in Israel and there hardly passes a day without some act of terrorism in India." US capitalists are now controlling the Islamic world, including the Arab nations where the Abdullahs and Sheikhs promote their own private money minting enterprises at the cost of effective Islam. Many rulers and their advisers are misconceived nation about Islam being pro-capitalist religion and Islamic capitalism would enhance the image of Islam and ensure the safety and security of Muslims world wide. In Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq,  now occupied by US-led western terror democracies, the media are coerced to make Muslims turn against Islam and Islamization and to support American corrupt democracy for making more extra profits at the cost of majority of suffering people. Pakistani media make the world believe Islam is a problem for the world and not a guiding philosophy of harmonious life. When the media and leaders of Islam nations behave like Axis elements of the western profit-corruption-crime ideology, Islam has been at the receiving end- Muslims too! True Muslims have to come to power in Islamic world to uphold the Islamic values and practice Sharii’a tenets. Earlier, the better for humanity!

Indian army doesn’t posses ability to fight in night:

While the Indians celebrate 62nd Army Day, country’s Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor, just after a couple of weeks of announcing a new war doctrine of Indian army to eliminate Pakistan and China in matter of hours even if it has to fight on simultaneous fronts, outrageously admitted Indian Army’s Armoured debacle and expressed concern about the force's 'night blindness' in the area of Armoured Corps and mechanized infantry.

'My major concern is that night blindness of the army is removed so we are able to fight in the night as in the day,' Kapoor said at New Delhi, an admission that stunned the world in the backdrop of his two weeks old remarks.

The situation also forced Indian Defence Minister Antony to chew his own buts as he had been endorsing and projecting General Kapoor’s announcement regarding the new war doctrine for Pakistan and China.

Earlier, when his attention was brought to the fact that the Indian Army's tanks have a night vision capability of 20 percent, Pakistan's have 80 percent while China has 100 percent, General Deepak Kapoor admitted this outrageous military debacle by saying: 'You are right.'

'Projects are already in the pipeline to ensure that we have the night vision capability that our adversaries have. It may take three-four years,' Kapoor added. The lack of night vision capability of the Indian Army has affected its fighting capability during the night. The deficiency has been persistent since the Kargil conflict.

On a query about the obsolete artillery of the Indian Army, the army chief said that successive bans have delayed acquisition of new guns for long. 'Artillery is a cause for concern. We need to have better guns. Trials for towed guns are underway. Because of bans the process got delayed. We are now acquiring ultra light guns through FMS (Foreign Military Sales) route from the US,' Kapoor added.

A British daily investigations into the matter reveal that despite a numerical strength of tanks over Pakistan, Indian army otherwise armoured and infantry capabilities are even below average if compared with Pakistan Army.

According to these findings, Indian armoured corps comprises around 4, 059 tanks with a backup of 1, 133 as reserve while Pakistan Army’s Tank strength is 2,401 with a backup of 270 as reserves.

However this numerical supremacy of Indian army is outraged with the fact that Indian armoured corps relies mainly on its Main Battle Tank (MBT) Arjun, which emerged as a big failure while Pakistan Army’s armoured corps’ main strength has become Al-Khalid MBT which is a great success story, endorsed across the world.

Sino-Indian Rift Widens

India which has openly signed a number of mutual agreements with China, calling the latter a strategic partner, has been playing a double game with Beijing by acting upon a secret strategy.

Although Sino-Indian differences have always existed due to Indian presumption that peace-loving China is its adversary, yet the same has entered into the alarming situation when on December 29, 2009, Indian Army chief General Deepak Kapoor openly revealed that Indian Army “is now revising its five-year-old doctrine” and is preparing for a “possible two-front war with China and Pakistan.” While New Delhi is no is match to Beijing in conventional and nuclear weapons, but this statement clearly shows that Indian rulers are ready to go even to the extent of war especially against China. However, with the statement of Kapoor, Sino-Indian rift which has been in its embryonic stage has come on the surface.

Last year, Indian leaders and media seriously reacted to an article of a Chinese think-tank, Zhan Lue who suggested the disintegration of India. As a matter of fact, it was the only personal opinion of a Chinese think-tank, having no official backing, but Indian high officials took it as the state voice of Beijing. In this respect, on August 11, India Today cited Navy Chief Admiral Sureesh Mehta disclosing: “China is likely to be more assertive on its claims, especially on its immediate neighbours...matching division should be changed to technological advancement on the Indian military side. We should reduce the Chinese footprints on the Indian Ocean.”

While criticising the article, former officer of the Indian intelligence agency,  RSN Singh remarked, “This kind of a report never comes without state approval. But India is fully prepared, if the Chinese think of any misadventure, they will be in for a shock.”

In fact, under the pretext of Chinese threat to the Indian Union, New Delhi has itself been planning to destablise, and even to disintegrate China. In this regard, on March 10, 2008 when anti-government violent protests by Buddhist monks erupted in Tibet’s capital, Lhasa including nearby provinces, India, backed the same, though outwardly denied. Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibet who has lived in exile in India along with his 120,000 followers since a failed revolt against Chinese rule in 1959 has been tacitly encouraged by New Delhi enabling him to mobilize armed groups and international support to create instability in the neighboring provinces of China. For this purpose, India has clandestinely established secret camps where Dalai Lama’s militants are being imparted armed training. In this respect, Indian RAW has sent a number of agents who have joined the ranks and files of the Tibetan insurgents of China, and they create unrest from time to time.

New Delhi shows that despite Sino-Indian border dispute, she does not favour an independence of Tibet and avoids any propaganda against Beijing. But Indian stand was indirectly expressed by its leaders and media. For example, the former foreign minister Yashwant Sinha had said, “We want good relations with China, but if we reach a point of conflict over Tibet, we should be prepared for that eventuality.”

The state-run China Daily, on July 27, 2006, denounced the Lama as a “splittist” and pointed out that he has “collaborated with the Indian military and American CIA to organise Indian Tibetan special border troops to fight their way back into Tibet.”

It is notable that in order to conceal its covert activities, India has always blamed China for backing Maoist uprising. In this context, instead of addressing the root causes of the Maoist uprising, Indian government has recently intensified its blame game against China, alleging for supplying arms to these insurgents.

While everyone knows that in more than seven states, India itself faces separatist movements which are the result of acute poverty and social injustices. Particularly, Maoist movement has been raging in the form of peasant uprising in West Bengal. And its leader, Mupala Luxman Rao in 1969, protested against big Hindu landlords who left no stone unturned in molesting the poor people through their mal-treatment such as forced labour, minimum wages, unlawful torture and even killings. Now this movement which is indigenous has expanded to Indian other regions including Maharashtra. At present, it is a popular insurgency by the downtrodden who have massive support of people for their ideology.

In this regard, on October 31, 2009, The New York Times wrote,  “India’s Maoist rebels are now present in 20 states and have killed more than 900 Indian security officers…India’s rapid economic growth has made it an emerging global power but also deepened stark inequalities in society.” However, by neglecting all these ground realties, and accusing Beijing, New Delhi has been advancing towards a self-destructive path. Taking cognizance of Kapoor’s threat against China and Pakistan, on January 2, Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee  Chairman Gen. Tariq Majid has rightly indicated, “The Indian Army Chief’s statement exhibits a lack of strategic acumen. He further said that such a path could “fix India on a self-destructive mechanism.”

India’s misperceptions about Beijing in connection with Maoist movement could also be judged from the fact that it has also been accusing the latter for supporting Maoist insurgency in Nepal. Recently, India has also blamed China for backing a Maoist study center so as to cause uprising in Nepal. While these Indian allegations were already proved untrue when in the recent past, Maoist political party won the overwhelming majority in country’s first genuine elections. 

As regards Indian new military build up against China, on May 31 last year, after 43 years, New Delhi re-opened its Daulat Beg Oldi  airbase in northern Ladakh, which overlooks the strategic Karakoram Pass and is only 8 kilometers, south of the Chinese border-Aksai Chin area. India has also erected more than 10 new helipads and roads between the Sino-Indian border.

In this connection, Defence Ministry planners are working on building additional airfields and increasing troops�raising two new mountain divisions to be deployed along the 4,057-kilometer Line of Actual Control 

With the help of Israel and America, on 26 February 2008, India conducted its first test of a nuclear-capable missile from an under sea platform after completing its project in connection with air, land and sea ballistic systems.

In the recent past, Indian Navy Chief Admiral Sureesh Mehta revealed that New Delhi “will soon float tenders to acquire six submarines”. Mehta also accused Beijing and explained that the “Indian Navy would keep a close watch on the movements of Chinese submarines which are operating out of an underground base in the South China Sea” and “wish to enter the Indian Ocean”. However, under the pretension of China factor, New Delhi and Israel with the tactical support of the sole superpower are plotting to block the sea lanes of the Indian Ocean for their joint strategic goals.

It is of particular attention that in May 1998, when India detonated five nuclear tests, the then Defense Minister George Fernandes had declared publicly that “China is India’s potential threat No. 1.” India which successfully tested missile, Agni-111 in May 2007, has been extending its range to target all the big cities of China.

America which signed a nuclear deal with India in 2008, intends to make India a mini-super power of Asia by containing China and destablising Pakistan as well as Iran. Pakistan’s province, Balochistan where China has invested billion of dollars to develop Gwadar seaport irritates both Washington and New Delhi.

However, Beijing and Islamabad cannot neglect their common defence when their adversaries are following a covert strategy. In this connection, Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari had decided to visit China after every three months to further cement ties between both the old friends. Both the countries have signed eleven agreements to enhance bilateral cooperation in diverse sectors. So Sino-India rift is also part of the greater cold war between the US and China. Besides, Indian reservations regarding China’s infrastructural projects in Azad Kashmir are unjustified and discriminative.

Indian game plan against Beijing could also be assessed from the fact that on the one hand, New Delhi is grabbing waters of neighboring countries by building dams, while India is challenging the Chinese plans to build a dam on the river Yarlung Tsangpo in the upper reaches of Tibetan plateau, reiterating that it would adversely affect navigation in the Brahmaputra River.

Returning to our earlier discussion India which has wide-ranging agreements with Beijing, apparently emphasises mutual cooperation, but has been acting upon anti-China secret diplomacy. Hence, Sino-Indian rift has widened in the recent times.

Blackwater back in action

Security company Blackwater, now known as Xe, is suspected to be planning bombings in the Somali capital Mogadishu.
Investigative journalist Wayne Madsen says it will not be easy for Blackwater to restore its image despite the company’s efforts.
“I don’t know how successful they are going to be at revamping their image,” Madsen told RT. “We are dealing with a company that has very strong links to the Republican Party, to the extreme right wings in this country. The idea of engaging in false flag attacks to get the warring parties at each other’s throats is nothing new; the same charges have been leveled against Blackwater/Xe in Pakistan by, among others, the former heads of the Pakistani Inner Service Intelligence Organization (EISI). They have also been thought to be behind the roadside bombings in Algeria that were blamed on Islamist Al Qaeda in North Africa.”
