Former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf urged upon the need of politics of reconciliation in Pakistan.
He expressed these views on the occasion of Iftar dinner hosted by a businessman of Pakistani Community here in honor of political figures especially Pervez Musharraf.
Private media report said that former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shaukat Aziz, Federal Minister for Port and Shipping, Babar Ghouri, former foreign minister Gohar Ayub, PML-Q president NWFP Chapter, Engineer Amir Muqaam and Khusro Bukhtiar attended the Iftar Dinner hosted by former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf.
They remained with Pervez Musharraf for about three hours and discussed the current situation and crisis in Pakistan. Pervez Musharraf has urged upon the politicians to do politics of national unity and adopt the course of reconciliation.
Report said that Federal Minister for Investment, Senator Waqar also met with Pervez Musharraf.
Pervez Musharraf said that one must have to work for the solidarity and prosperity of Pakistan.
